摘要

本研究是採自我敘說的方式，進行一段自我療癒傷痛的論文。
　　研究者從小接觸道場，最大的目標就是要出家，最後發現自己根本不是去學佛，而是去尋愛。何以需要這樣去尋愛，進而回顧自身的成長經歷，發現在成長中，不斷經驗到對愛的渴望與失落、矛盾與衝突的情緒，也發現防衛機轉的厲害，能讓自己順利長大，但也離真實的自己較遠。透過自我敘說的方式，真實的去面對過去曾經逃避及壓抑的情緒，在書寫中宣洩，進而接納過去受傷的自己。

This study is about a self-healing experience through self-narrative thesis writing. The researcher has ever exposed to and grown up in a Buddhistic meditation center. She has aimed to become a Dharma master, but she eventually figured out that her real purpose was looking for family love.
Why did the researcher need to find family love in this way? By reviewing the researcher’s growing experience, she confronted her emotion of escaped and repressed that has ever existed in the past. She also figured out self-guard and self-projection again from the relationship through her self-narrative thesis writing. And then, the researcher accepted her fragile true self.
