摘要


在本論文中發表一個四輸入一輸出電壓模式萬用二階濾波器。電路中使用兩個正型差動電壓電流傳輸器(DVCCs)與一個負型差動電壓電流傳輸器(DVCCs)、三個電阻器以及兩個接地電容器。此電路具備以下特點:能呈現出全部標準濾波器之功能,亦即高通、帶通、低通、帶拒和全通的濾波輸出訊號,且不需要元件匹配條件。所提出的電路具備以下特點:使用接地電容;另外還包括角頻率與品質因素正交可調特性。 本論文使用HSPICE的模擬結果來驗證理論分析。

A voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter with four input terminals and one output terminal is presented. The proposed circuit uses three differential voltage current conveyors (DVCCs), three resistors and two grounded capacitors. The proposed circuit can implement all the standard filter functions, namely, lowpass, bandpass, highpass, notch and allpass without component matching conditions. The proposed circuit offers the features of using grounded capacitors and orthogonal controllability of resonance angular frequency and quality factor.
