摘要 本論文使用差分差動電流傳輸器(DDCC)、電壓差動電流傳輸器(DVCC)與第二代電流傳輸器(CCII)提出三個多功/萬用電壓式濾波電路的設計。 首先,我們提出一個使用二個DDCCs,二個電容器及二個電阻器的三輸入、四輸出電壓式萬用二階濾波電路。此電路使用二個接地電容器,有利於電路積體化的實現;有非常低的主、被動敏感度;且均不需要任何阻抗匹配條件。 其次,我們提出一個使用一個DDCC,一個CCII,二個電容器及二個電阻器的單輸入三輸出電壓式多功二階濾波電路。此電路不需要任何阻抗匹配條件;使用二個接地電容器,有利於電路積體化的實現;有非常低的主、被動敏感度。 最後,我們提出一個使用一個DVCC,二個電容器及二個電阻器的單輸入單輸出電壓式低通二階濾波電路。此電路不需要任何阻抗匹配條件;使用二個接地電容器有利於電路積體化的實現;有非常低的主、被動敏感度。

Abstract In this paper, three voltage-mode multifunction filters employing the differential difference current conveyors(DDCCs), the differential voltage current conveyor(DVCC) or the second-generation current conveyor(CCII) are presented. First, we present a voltage-mode universal second-order filter with three inputs and four outputs employing two DDCCs, two capacitors and two resistors. The proposed filter has three following advantages:two grounded capacitors ideal for integration, very low active and passive sensitivities, and no requirement of critical component matching conditions. Secondly, we present a voltage-mode multifunction second-order filter with single input and three outputs employing one DDCC, one CCII, two capacitors and two resistors. Three proposed filter has the following advantages:no requirement of critical component matching conditions, two grounded capacitors ideal for integration, and very low active and passive sensitivities. Finally, we present a voltage-mode low-pass second-order filter with two input and one output employing one DVCC, two capacitors and two resistors. The proposed filter has the following advantages:no requirement of critical component matching conditions, two grounded capacitors ideal for integration, and very low active and passive sensitivities.
