住宅室內通用設計評估準則之研究

摘要

隨著時代不斷的變遷進步，生活的型態與結構也隨著改變，促使通用設計的發展愈來愈受重視，也因為人們平均所得水平提升，對於生活品質漸漸具有高標要求，因此，住宅室內設計的發展趨勢，將是重要的課題。本研究將透過國內外關於住宅空間、室內設計、通用設計之相關文獻彙整與分析，配合國內專家之意見調查，提出適合國內室內設計業參考之通用設計架構。本研究主要目的：擬訂住宅室內通用設計指標架構與項目及統計產學界專家對各指標項目重要程度之看法。本研究所採用的研究方法主要包括內容分析法、專家會議法、適合度檢定、模糊德爾菲法、差異檢定、變異數分析等。先以內容分析法將蒐集室內之通用設計相關文獻，進而彙整出住宅室內相關之通用設計項目，並召集9位室內設計相關產業界專家，針對所彙整出之住宅室內通用設計指標項目分析與討論，以建立住宅室內通用設計指標項目之有效性，再對35位室內設計產學業界專家進行專家問卷調查；施測所得資料以電腦統計軟體SPSS進行各項分析發現，重要程度以7個項目所包含之89個子項，通過重要程度篩選有78個子項；未通過篩選有11個子項；人屬性的差異檢定分析結果，五項個人屬性在七項指標中皆未達顯著差異。最後，本研究依據研究結果，歸納出適用於住宅室內之通用設計評估準則，提供從事室內設計相關行業之人員及民眾參考指標。期望本研究能有助於大眾更安全舒適的生活環境。

With ever-changing progress of time, the style and patterns of people’s life are changing as well, attracting more attention to the universal design. Besides, owing to the rising level of people’s average living standard, people have higher demands for their living quality. Therefore, the design of residential interior design must be a primary topic. This paper collects and analyzes the literatures on residence space, interior design and universal design, to propose the universal design framework appropriate to the domestic designers of residential interior design for reference after surveying the suggestions domestic experts. The purposes of the study include: to work out the index framework and items of universal design of residential interior design and to collect the views of experts in the industry and academic circle on the importance of each index. The methods adopted are mainly content analysis, expert panels, goodness-of-fit test, Fuzzy Delphi method, difference test, and analysis of variance. First of all, the content analysis is used for the collected relevant literatures to work out the design items. Then 9 experts in the field of interior design were invited to analyze and discuss the proposed items to form the effectiveness of these items, which are then surveyed by expert questionnaire among 35 experts in the industry. After analyzing each item of the measured data with the statistical software SPSS, it finds that among the 89 specific items included in the 7 indexes, there are 78 items passing through the importance screening, with 11 ones left. In terms of the difference test of personal attributes, the five personal attributes don’t reach the level of significant difference among the 7 ones. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion about the evaluation criteria for the universal design of residential interior design based on the results, so as to provide the personnel in the industry for reference. It is expected that the research is beneficial to the public in building a safer and more comfortable living environment.
