3D列印輔助住宅系統家具五金要件之特性探討

摘要


系統家具在家具發展歷程中佔了重要的地位,它的出現不僅滿足了快速擴張發展的住宅生活使用供需,更為現今的居家空間提供了便利且經濟的選擇,近幾年也因為在生產技術及搭配之五金要件設計的提升下開啟了多元且不同的方向。儘管如此,系統家具與五金要件的設計及製造方式於現今發展仍受到許多的限制。於當代科技製造技術來看,3D 列印技術的影響力甚大。其具有效率、免開模、低成本、客製化等功能對許多產業的生產過程已造成相當程度的衝擊,以販售數位檔案的模式更是影響各種產業之市場供應鏈。本研究從相關文獻中彙整建立五金要件結合3D列印技術製成之物件所需的特性因子,並以建立之因子項目分析現階段網路之3D列印五金實體案例。進而從分析結果推列出3D列印輔助系統五金要件之可發展的操作方向並設計出對應的3D列印五金要件。於實驗階段將前述步驟推論結果以實作及討論的方式進行檢驗,過程透過系統五金之專家做使用者測試及3D列印影響市場產業之深度訪談得知,在現階段五金市場經濟上的變化影響雖然較小,但於創新、裝飾及自由造型的條件上則較為優異。結論也說明將來3D列印技術越是完善,3D列印輔助系統家具五金設計就越有更多的發揮。

Systems furniture occupies an important place in furniture development. The invention not only fulfilled the demands of rapid expansion and development of residential purpose, moreover it provides convenience and economic choices to modern lifestyle. With the production technologies and the combinations of designed components, it begins to blooms in multiple fields and directions to the industries. However, systems furniture and components designs are still limited for manufacturing and applications. And with the latest 3D-printing technology, it has shown its potential in the industries, by high efficiency, molded-free, low cost, customizable etc, has dealt a great impact to many fields for manufacturing, besides, the technology influences the market supply chain by selling digital archive on the internet. This research studies the references to consolidate the factors of furniture components with 3D-printed objects, by analyzing the 3D-printed furniture component at the present stage that appeared in the industries, and discover new directions and operable 3D-printed furniture components through the analysis. Inspecting the experiment conclusion by practicing and discussion sessions, the procedure will be inspected by systems component experts and interviews. At the present stage, the furniture component is still young to the market economy, but it’s more innovative, decorative and free-forming. With more advanced 3D-printing technology, 3D-printed furniture components designs have more improvisations and possibilities.
