現代企業追求的是以高效率的方式達到組織期望的績效目標。為達成此目標,企業就必需審視其所具備的組織條件,包含生產環境是否完善、生產流程是否有完整的標準作業流程 (Standard Operating Procedures, SOP) 、專案管理人才是否足夠等。這些都是使企業能夠永續經營不被市場淘汰的重要條件,也是專案管理愈來愈備受重視的原因。 對於大型企業來說,其經營模式較有制度,有明確的經營理念及策略方針。為確保對市場環境變動有良好的應變能力及風險評估能力,較具規模的大型企業皆會導入「專案管理」制度,透過完善的專案管理流程,讓企業運作能夠更有效率,並提升績效,有效控制成本,進而創造更多的利潤。 然而對於台灣傳統的生產傢俱業來說,多屬於中小型規模且缺乏明確的經營方針及管理制度流程,而且傢俱生產業不再只是單純的木製傢俱,而會加入許多功能性的設計,來迎合市場的需求,所以在管理上必須要應用各種專案管理知識來面對多變的市場。但是傢俱生產業普遍缺乏專案管理的管理思維與制度,在導入上也時常遭遇困難。在此情況下,這些傢俱生產業較缺乏對於風險評估的能力,也因此較容易因為經濟環境變動而產生經營危機。因此本研究目標在於找出影響傳統產業-傢俱生產業專案管理成功的關鍵因素,希望找出對於台灣傳統產傢俱業相關的管理意涵。 關鍵字:專案管理、傳統產業、傢俱生產、關鍵因素。

Effectively control costs and create more profits. However, for the traditional furniture production industry in Taiwan, most of them are small. They often lack clear business policies and management systems. Moreover, the furniture production industry is no longer just wooden furniture, but functional designs to meet the needs of the market, to cater to in order to meet the needs of the market. It is necessary to apply various project management knowledge to face the changing market. However, the furniture production industry generally lacks the strategic thinking and system of project management, and often encounters difficulties. Under this circumstance, these furniture production industries lack the ability to assess risks, and therefore are more likely to have business crises due to the changes in the economic environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the reasons that affect the success of the traditional industry-furniture production project management, and hope to find out the management implications for Taiwan's traditional furniture industry.
