運用8D程序改善現場檢驗作業流程

摘要


現今製造業為了永續經營,總是不斷地要求製造效率與品質改善,企業經營者投入大量資金在資訊系統上,期望藉此來有效管理企業的產能、設備、與品質,製造執行系統也因此應運而生。資訊系統透過記錄生產過程中所有的歷程,進而提供即時且具有參考性的資料,可做為決策與改善的依據。本研究針對個案公司現場製造品質的檢驗流程加以改善,以團隊導向問題解決方法分析檢驗工時超時的原因,並選定IDEF0作為軟體開發流程之方法。本研究於製造執行系統中加入電子看板功能,增進各部門間生產訊息的傳遞。導入此專案後所得到的效益包括檢驗工時的浪費大幅降低了78%,提升各資訊系統的整合,以及為公司每年節省200萬元的人力成本。

To achieve sustainable operations, all manufacturing companies continuously improve quality and increase efficiency. With investment and help of the information technology system, business owners expect to well manage the production capacity, facilities, and quality. The manufacturing execution system (MES) is one of the solutions to increase the manufacturing efficiency and improve quality based on keeping records of manufacturing processes and providing meaningful data for decision making. This research applied 8D procedure to improve the shop floor inspection workflow and to find the root causes of overdue inspection time. Furthermore, this research implemented IDEF0 method as the software development method in the improving phase of the 8D procedure, and adopted an electronic bulletin board in the MES to make message communication better between departments. After introduction of this project, the wasting time of the inspection substantially reduced 78%, and saved two million dollars of the labor cost annually.
