國中學生自我概念、正義知覺與性別平等意識關係之研究-以桃園市為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市國中生自我概念、正義知覺與性別平等意識之現況,並分析不同背景變項之差異、相關和預測情形,並探究三者因果關係及桃園市各區在上述變項得分集群情形。本研究所採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以104學年度桃園市59所公立國民中學,共68867位國中生作為本研究母群體,採用「分層比例便利抽樣」與「隨機叢集抽樣」方式抽取1074位國中生為研究樣本,以「國中生自我概念、正義知覺與性別平等意識問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理使用描述性統計、平均數考驗、變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析、結構方程式與集群分析等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國中升自我概念、正義知覺與性別平等意識之現況良好。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對自我概念、正義知覺與性別平等意識有所差異。 三、自我概念、正義知覺與性別平等意識呈現低度以上正相關。 四、自我概念、正義知覺對性別平等意識具有預測力。 五、正義知覺對自我概念與性別平等意識具中介效果。 六、桃園市各區國中生在自我概念、正義知覺與性別平等意識有集群關係,以分三組為佳。

This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among junior high school students’ self-concept, justice perception and gender equality ideology in Taoyuan city. The method is the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified ratio convenience sampling and random cluster sampling to investigate 1074 samples that are from 59 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, SEM and cluster analysis. The results can be concluded as follows: 1.Junior high school students’ self-concept, justice perception and gender equality ideology in Taoyuan city are significantly above theoretical average. 2.Students with different background variables have significantly different perception in self-concept, justice perception and gender equality ideology. 3.There is a low positive correlation between every two variables of self-concept, justice perception and gender equality ideology. 4.Self-concept and justice perception have the significant prediction toward gender equality ideology. 5.“Justice perception” is a moderate variable between self-concept and gender equality ideology. 6.Junior high school students of Taoyuan City's 13 districts , in sense of self-concept, justice perception and gender equality ideology have a cluster relationship, they may be better to divide into three groups.
