應用行動代理者技術發展代理者導向的電子商務系統之研究

摘要


近年來由於網際網路快速的興起,使得World Wide Web成為全球十幾億人口每日生活的重心。除了早期大家熟悉的e-mail、news或者是檔案傳輸,到現在以Web為主的資訊交換(information exchange),在在都顯示網路世界的來臨;也正因為如此,才造就了電子商務(electronic commerce)的契機。 行動代理者(Mobile Agent)是一個新興的的網路技術,具有降低網路資料負載量、離線操作及跨平台等特性,透過其可移動的特性,於遠端伺服器執行且蒐集使用者需求的資訊;行動代理者提供程式設計師另一個設計及實作上的選擇,透過行動代理者技術可以克服RPC的缺點,減少網路流量的負荷,加上代理者具有非同步(asynchronous)及獨立自主(autonomous)的特性,可以很容易設計出一個更加強韌(robust)與容錯(fault-tolerant)的系統。 本研究架構於供應鏈(supply chain)環境下,設計以行動代理者為導向的電子商務系統,提出二階段訂單配對(matching)程序,以及二種商品分派(allocate)法則,找出最佳的供應商供貨組合,期望透過需求合併(aggregate demand)的方式,降低原物料的採購成本,提供更大的相互合作機會,找出一個較佳的商品詢價及分派法則;最後也將評估行動代理者對本系統帶來的效能提升,以及不同時段網路頻寬對系統所產生的影响。

Recently, the revolution of Internet brings up the business opportunities of enterprise. The enterprise uses Internet for business transactions and the transaction is the process of buying and selling goods or services electronically. The mobile agent is a network technique to leverage the network load and to operate remotely. Moreover, the mobile agent is movable and can collect data intelligently. Therefore, it is reasonable to adopt the mobile agent on distributed framework for future electronic commerce. So, programmer has another choice to develop network system. On the other hand, the mobile agent can overcome some defects of Remote Procedure Call(RPC). It has asynchronous and autonomous characteristic. Therefore, we have easy way to design robust and fault-tolerant system.   This study is applying mobile agent technology to develop Agent-Orient Electronic Commerce system(AOECs) under supply chain environment. We also propose two-layer matching process and two kinds of production allocate method. Using aggregate demand method try to find out the best combination of suppliers. Furthermore, we hope to reduce cost of purchase and get more opportunities to cooperate. Finally, we will find the best method and measure the influence that using AOECs.
