鋼筋混凝土偏心開孔梁受純彎矩作用下之行為研究

摘要


摘要 在現代化建築工程中,常有管線,線路等設備。為了美觀與樓層淨高度,常需要在梁構件施行梁開孔,如此一來會影響到梁構件的安全性、使用性及韌性。故本研究以實際尺寸的鋼筋混凝土偏心開孔梁,進行三分點荷重法來試驗,使其承受純彎矩作用下,探討偏心開孔、半徑改變、雙開孔等改變,來研究鋼筋混凝土偏心開孔梁之安全性、使用性及韌性等行為。試驗結果顯示,梁開孔皆會降低撓曲勁度,而梁偏心開孔由梁底往上移時,直線強度隨之增大,一旦開孔侵犯到極限中性軸時,韌性容量降低極大;開孔侵犯到極限矩形壓力塊時,影響極限強度極大。

In modern structures, there is always the case that pipes passes through the beams in order to maintain the clear height. These prefabricated openings in the beams may affect the safety and toughness of the structure. Therefore, full size reinforced concrete beams with web openings are tests in this research. The effect of the position, size and numbers of openings on the behavior of the beam is investigated. Test result shows that web opening always reduces the bending stiffness of the beam. When the location of the opening moves upwards from the bottom of the beam, the linear strength of the beam increases. However, when the opening cuts through the neutral axis at ultimate state, the toughness reduces dramatically. The ultimate bending strength of the beam is greatly affected when the opening cuts through the rectangular compression side of the beam.
