當今産業經濟與企業經營,已經進行著快速的轉變,過去關注之土地、資本、勞動與機器設備等,在現今高度競爭的環境中,不足以建構持久的競爭優勢,甚至毫無競爭優勢可言;經營者開始瞭解,企業運作關鍵在於組織深層與員工具備之知識,其微妙、隱晦不明的特性乃創造競爭優勢之主要因素。 綜觀全球與國內經濟發展,高科技製造業扮演著領航者的角色,而製造業的根本核心在於製程知識,然而一般企業對於知識仍多採隨性管理方式,文獻亦多著墨於觀念層次與企業環境上之討論,鮮少有展開運作之具體探討。因此本研究擬以製造業為例,考量其核心能力源於製程知識之特質,建構一製程知識管理系統,提供可落實執行之行動方案。 本研究所建構之製程知識管理系統,包含了製程知識展開、製程知識取得、製程知識確認、製程知識編輯、製程知識應用、製程知識評估六個步驟,並搭配常用工具方法如:量測系統分析、田口式品質工程、統計檢定、製程管制等,期望藉由本系統能夠將知識管理的概念應用於製造流程中。
Now a rapid change about economic systems and corporation managing is proceeding. Lands, labors, capitals and equipments, the old definition of production factor, is not still a competitive advantage. Managers understand that the key point of corporation operation is knowledge owned by organization memory and employees. By viewing global and domestic economic development, hi-tech manufacturing industries play the role of pioneer, and the core ability of this industry is manufacturing process knowledge. Nevertheless, most business didn’t take serious attitude of knowledge management, and the main concerned subject of many researches is about concept and environments. There is little study focus on discussion of real case. The main purpose of this study is examining the properties and constructing a system of knowledge management system, and take manufacturing as an example. The knowledge management system for manufacturing process constructed by this study includes six steps: deployment, capture, verification, edition, application and evaluation of manufacturing process knowledge. The common skills and tools: measurement system analysis, Taguchi method, statistical hypothesis and process control, are used in this study. These results may contribute to the application of knowledge management system of manufacturing process.
