XML異質資料整合技術在行動電子商務系統之應用與研究
The Research and Application of XML Heterogeneous Information Integration Technologies in Mobile-Commerce
摘要
從商業的角度來看，企業從內到外要能做到使其交易資料在Internet間交換，中間的資料轉換過程非常複雜，面對這些散佈於公司內外的異質資料，必須能彈性地穫取並加以結合，因此我們需要針對各種用途來定義資料，並且受到所有系統的支援的一套語法，無疑就是指XML(可延伸標記語言Extensible Markup Language），透過XML逐漸構築在電子資訊的處理上。當顧客群、需求、購買模式及如何建立顧客所需產品的資訊不再存在於一個集中的地點時，行動電子商務也隨之相形重要。 電子商務是21世紀經濟發展的趨勢也是拓展企業競爭力所必須面臨的課題，當然旅遊業也是一個非常傳統的行業，航空公司與旅行社之間的資訊系統整合更是首當其衝。雖然他們已經有資訊系統可以幫他們處理業務，但在業務量大的時候，還是相當耗費人力的。本研究擬將結合XML、線上即時交易處理及異質通訊網路整合等技術，為消費者、旅行社及航空公司建立『XML異質資料整合技術』的全球航空訂位系統之行動電子商務，藉由本系統規劃及建置過程，實作XML、線上即時交易處理及異質通訊網路整合等主題，並徹底了解行動電子商務的運作方式及各成員間所扮演的角色。 目前電子商務的發展正如野火燎原般的席捲著全球，然而當企業界視電子商務為發達之路，資訊科技影響人類的生活習慣，已進步到日行千里的速度，資訊科技及網際網路日新月異的高速發展，企業追求生產力提升之需求隨之增加，真實世界的傳統產業也會逐漸虛擬化。因此B2B或者是B2C也好，都會有越來越多的企業要求完整的企業資訊自動化規劃及建置服務，而資訊系統本身的穩定性、負載能力和資訊系統之間的協同運作能力將會是為企業導入有效的資訊科技運用，避免不必要的投資浪費的重要工具。

In business’s angle, enterprise need to exchange and transfer the transaction information from internal to external, it is very complicated during this process. Therefore, the information format in every company would not use the same format, and it is necessary be able to get and combine it elasticity. For reasons above, we shall define the information by indicating different using purpose and need a program language could support every system; this program language often used in XML (Extensible Markup Language), by processing the electronic information through the XML construction. When consumer groups, demands, purchase mode and how to create consumers’ need product is not focus in one location anymore, mobile commerce will become very important. Electronic Commerce (EC) is a tendency for 21st century economy development and it is also an important topic for open up the enterprise competition. As we can see, tourism is one of the traditional industries, with the integrations in airlines and travel agencies will be the first to be affected. Although this industry got the information system to process the business for them, however the traditional human works were necessary during amounts of works. This research will combine the topics on XML, Online Real-time Flights Booking System Process and Heterogeneous Communication Integrated technologies for consumers, travel agencies and airline companies in “XML Heterogeneous Information Integrated Technologies”. Understanding topics on process of system planning, practice on XML, Online Real-time Flights Booking System and Heterogeneous Communication Integrated technologies, also the characterizes in process of mobile-commerce and members. Development of EC is rushing the whole world, IT (information technology) also rush into our daily life and habits. Since the great development of IT is improving so quickly, enterprises need more productive force. Thus, the actual business now would become to the virtual reality business gradually. No matter in B2B or B2C, there would be more and more enterprises need the automatic information plans and construction in the future. The stabilizations of the system, load capability and co-operation capability will be guide into the enterprises by using the utility IT, and an important tool to avoid the squander in the investment.
