可溶性及可交聯性含氟聚醯亞胺之合成與性質之研究

摘要


本研究係利用各種之新穎含氟二胺單體與四種市售之二酸酐來合成出多系列之含氟原子取代基之新穎全芳香族聚醯亞胺,並利用 DSC、TGA、DEA 等測定其性質,探討聚醯亞胺結構中之氟原子含量對其各性質之影響。 從本研究之結果中可以發現,當聚醯亞胺結構中之氟含量提高時,其聚合物之溶解性及光透過性也相對提高,同時可大幅降低其吸濕性與介電常數值,其中當以2-(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-phenyl-2- propanoxy)-1,4-phenylenediamine 做為聚合時之二胺單體時,可合成出具有高光透過性、高溶解度、低介電常數(dielectric constant = 2.45)與低吸濕性(Moisture absorption = 0.35%)之含氟聚醯亞胺。而當以9,9-bis-[4-(4-amino-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy)phenyl]fluorene(M4)與2-(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-phenyl-2-propanoxy)-1,4-phenylenediam- ine(M6)兩二胺單體進行共聚合反應後,所合成之含氟共聚醯亞胺可具有更低之介電常數值(dielectric constant = 2.41)。 另外本研究利用具有反應性官能基之二胺單體(2,2'- dimethacryloyl-4,4'-diaminobipheny)與三種含氟二胺單體(M2、M6、M9),經過交聯反應後所合成之可交聯性含氟共聚醯亞胺,在其黏度值與熱穩定性方面皆有明顯地提升,並且在成膜後可獲得具有高度韌性之含氟聚醯亞胺膜。

Various series of novel fluorinated fully aromatic polyimides has been synthesized prepared from the novel fluorinated diamine monomers with four available aromatic dianhydride monomers respectively. The effects of the fluorine content polyimides on their properties were investigated by DSC, TGA, and DEA. In this study, it was found that the solubility and optical transparency increase as the increase of the fluorine content in polyimides. Furthermore, the moisture absorption and dielectric constant significantly decreases as the increase of the fluorine content in polyimides. For an example, the fluorinated polyimide, based on 2-(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-phenyl-2-propanoxy)-1,4-phenylenediamine monomer, shows high optical transparency, high solubility, low dielectric constant(dielectric constant = 2.45), and low moisture absorption(moisture absorption = 0.35%). Another series of copolyimides, prepared from 9,9-bis-[4-(4-amino-2-(trifluoromethyl)- phenoxy)phenyl]fluorene(M4)and 2-(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-phenyl- 2-propanoxy)-1,4-phenylenediamine(M6)monomers, showed dielectric constant as low as to 2.41 . In addition, the crosslinkable fluorinated copolyimides have been prepared from the diamine containing reactive functional group(2,2'- dimethacryloyl-4,4'-diaminobiphenyl)with three fluorinated diamine monomers. After crosslinking reaction, the crosslinkable fluorinated copolyimides showed significant enhancement in inherent viscositity and thermal properties and high elasticity of the fluorinated polyimide films can be obtained.
