摘要


對蛋白質折疊的研究而言,HP晶格模型是一個簡單好用的模型。在本篇論文中,我們使用兩種類型的規則晶格(四方形與三角形晶格)來研究蛋白質的可設計性(designability)與能量分布。對可設計性方面的研究結果,我們在三角形晶格中發現,在4×4的小系統中即可看到預期的可設計性分布。對能量分布的研究,我們則討論其相變溫度(the glassy phase transition temperature Tg)及結構因子(configuration factor γ),我們的計算結果指出這兩個量值均具有普適性(universal),我們也將能量的高斯分布圖轉換成漏斗理論(Funnel theory)的形態圖,並討論蛋白質天然結構(native structure)的形態特徵。

The HP lattice model is a simple discrete model for the study of the protein folding. In this thesis, we use two types of regular lattices, square and triangular lattices, to study the designability and the energy distribution. For the designability, the desired shape is obtained in triangular lattices with small size as 4×4. In the energy distribution, we discuss the glassy phase transition temperature Tg and configuration factor γ . Our calculations indicate that these two quantities are universal. We also transform the energy Gaussian distribution into the shape of Funnel theory and discuss the shape of native structures.
