摘要


過去幾年來,一股套裝軟體化的趨勢正在逐漸形成。過去由資訊部門完全主導的系統開發,如今紛紛拱手讓給了那些ERP、CRM、MES之類的套裝管理資訊系統。套裝軟體的一項優勢是它會不斷的更新版本,提供更新、更好的功能給它的使用者。但是,並不是每一次的新版本都能夠讓使用者心甘情願的接受,版本更新一旦因為使用者的抗拒而失敗,對導入的企業或是推出軟體的廠商,都是莫大的損失。本研究希望透過Technology Acceptance Model (TAM),探討CAI對於提高不同先前經驗的使用者,對於接受套裝軟體版本更新的影響力。以TAM來解釋CAI的應用,CAI應該有兩項影響力,首先CAI可以降低學習成本,於是提高了使用者對易用性的認知。另一方面,使用者也可能透過CAI瞭解了部份原本他並未認知到的軟體新功能或新用途,從而提高了他對軟體有用性的認知。 本研究透過結構化方程式模型(Structural Equation Model, SEM)驗證與分析,形成本研究的研究結論主要如下: 1. 驗證科技接受模型(TAM)。 2. CAI軟體的使用可以提高使用者的易用認知與有用認知,並且會促成使用者有用認知對使用意向的直接影響,使用態度對使用意向的重要性因CAI軟體的使用而降低。 3. 經驗愈豐富的使用者易用認知與有用認知愈高,無經驗的使用者之易用認知對使用態度、使用意向沒有影響;有舊版經驗的使用者之易用認知不會影響使用意向,但是使用意向能夠影響實際使用;有新試用版經驗的使用者之易用認知會影響使用意向,使用態度對使用意向的重要性降低。 4. CAI軟體的使用可以同時提高完全無經驗的使用者易用認知與有用認知。 5. CAI軟體的使用可以提高有舊版經驗使用者易用認知,對有用認知沒有顯著影響。 6. CAI軟體的使用對有新試用版經驗使用者之易用認知與有用認知沒有顯著影響。

Persuading user to adapt a new version of a package software is a critical mission for companies who want to implement a new information systems. In order to better understand and manage the upgrade process, CAI was proved to be an useful tool to increase user acceptance. The objective of this project is to clarify this process by proposing a theoretical model. This model will be tested in an empirical study of 375 university students. In this research project, we proposed an exploratory study to find the relationship between CAI and user acceptance for a certain software package. Experimental studies will be conducted in two local universities to address this research question. Technology Acceptance Model, which was proposed by Davis in 1989, was used to explain and predict why users sometimes accept and sometimes reject software package upgrade. Through structural equation model for statistic analysis, the results of the research are briefly summarized. 1. The technology acceptance model (TAM) has gained considerable support. 2. CAI is positively associated with ease of use and usefulness beliefs. The usefulness beliefs of the user with CAI is positively associated with use intentions, and the importance of the attitude on use intentions is decreased. 3.The extent of prior experience with similar technologies is positively associated with ease of use and usefulness beliefs 4.CAI is positively associated with ease of use and usefulness beliefs of user having no prior experience. 5.CAI have direct effect on ease of use beliefs of user having experience on prior version, but is negatively associated with usefulness beliefs. 6.CAI is negatively associated with ease of use and usefulness beliefs of user having experience on update version.
