二階線型供應鏈供需雙方之交期協議模型

摘要


本研究探討在二階線型供應鏈的架構下,供需雙方之交期協議模型。藉由代理人協調機制,供應商可以在滿足生產資源限制下找到各訂單最佳之生產順序,而顧客能夠在預定交期內得到商品。各站內部之生產排列順序使用基因演算法,模擬實際供應鏈情況,各階段生產廠商皆是以自身利益為考量來排程。供需上下游對交期之接受或妥協,藉由代理人協調機制使雙方達成協議。藉由本研究提出之代理人協調機制來決定二階線型供應鏈下的提早與延宕交貨情況,並以供應鏈最下游供應商之懲罰值為評估指標。在協議系統中,代理人分析上下游供應商之資源緊縮程度來決定交期的先後,經由分析後交期是一段範圍而非特定的日期。藉由來回的協議,在協議過程中,提高達交率同時提高外部顧客滿意度。本研究利用完全搜尋法找尋相同條件下之生產排程情況,來比較協議機制之收斂情況好壞。在上下游雙方資訊各有所保留的情形下,代理人協議式模型雖然無法在每個模型下找到最佳解。但經過多次的協議後,代理人模型能有效地收斂至雙方皆可接受之解,同時具備效率性與強健性。評估結果顯示,二階線型供應鏈下代理人協議機制速度最快與其解也具效率性,完全搜尋法雖可找到正解但其搜尋時間為指數型態增加。

A bargaining problem in a 2-echelon serial supply chain is addressed in this study. The bargaining model is based on an agent algorithm in which customer and supplier agents negociated ith each other. By means of negotiation process, supplier can find job sequence to satisfy the resource constraints. Consequently, customers can get the jobs done by the due dates perspecified. To mimic the supply chain, a simulated model is developedand a genetic algorithm is designed to obtain the production plans with each echelon. The agents are able to adjust the orders of orders to reduce tardiness and earliness penalty. Complete enumeration is used as abenchmark to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed distributed method. This agent-based bargaining model can compute a proper delivery date by means of bargaining. Besides, the experimental results reveal that the agent-based bargaining model saves computation time far less than computate enumeration algorithm
