本研究探討在供應鏈中供需雙方資訊透通程度不同的環境下,如何以不對稱資訊(特指供應商設置成本與買方訂單短缺成本),調整供需雙方交易契約,即訂購批量、再訂購點與補償費。本研究考慮設置成本、存貨持有成本、運輸成本與訂單短缺成本。引用Corbett(2001)學者提出之供應鏈中資訊不對稱下的隨機存貨模型,探討資訊不對稱對交易契約模型與其造成的衝擊。本研究分別以供應商與買方為主議方,提出修正之交易契約模型,並以組構問題型式建立模式與求解程序。研究結果顯示不對稱資訊的分散式系統下,以系統觀點出發所選擇的交易契約與系統成員觀點出發所選擇的交易契約不同;加入運輸成本後亦造成交易契約變動。
This thesis addresses supplier-buyer contract, which includes quantity, reorder-point and compensation, in supply chain with asymmetric information. How to adjust supplier-buyer’s contract with asymmetric information is an important issue, especially when the buyer does not know supplier’s set-up cost or the supplier does not know buyer’s backorder cost. This research considers setup cost, inventory holding cost, transportation cost, and backorder cost. We employ Corbett’s(2001) stochastic inventory model to analyze the conflict of contract with asymmetric information. This research develops an improving contract-model which the principal-agent can be a supplier or buyer. We establish the math model of the contract and solve it using configuration model. The result shows that the contract between supplier and system are different, and the transportation cost makes the resulting contract different.
