摘要


摘要 本論文使用電壓差動電流傳輸器(DVCC)、電壓差動差分電流傳輸器(DDCC)與第二代電流傳輸器(CCII)設計三個電壓式濾波電路。 首先,我們提出一個使用一個DDCC,一個CCII,二個電容器及二個電阻器的單輸入三輸出電壓式多功二階濾波電路。此電路不需要任何阻抗匹配條件;使用二個利於電路積體化實現的接地電容器;且有非常低的主、被動敏感度。 其次,我們提出一個使用一個DVCC,二個CCIIs,二個電容器及五個電阻器的二輸入五輸出電壓式萬用二階濾波電路。此電路使用二個利於電路積體化實現的接地電容器;有非常低的主、被動敏感度;除了全通濾波信號外,均不需要任何阻抗匹配條件;且可正交調整諧振角頻率wo及品質因數Q。 最後,我們提出一個使用一個DDCC,二個電容器及兩個電阻器的雙輸入單輸出電壓式高通二階濾波電路。此電路不需要任何阻抗匹配條件;使用二個利於電路積體化實現的接地電容器;且有非常低的主、被動敏感度。

Abstract In this paper, we successfully propose three novel voltage-mode filters by employing the differential voltage current conveyor(DVCC), the differential difference current conveyors(DDCCs) or the second-generation current conveyors(CCIIs). First, we proposed a voltage-mode multifunction second-order filter with single input and three outputs employing one DDCC, one CCII, two capacitors and two resistors. The proposed filter has following advantages: no requirement of critical component matching conditions, two grounded capacitors ideal for integration, and very low active and passive sensitivities. Secondly, we proposed a universal voltage-mode second-order filter with two inputs and five outputs employing one DVCC, two compound CCIIs, two capacitors and five resistors. The proposed filter has following advantages: two grounded capacitors ideal for integration, very low active and passive sensitivities, no requirement of critical component matching conditions except realizing the all-pass signal, and orthogonal control of resonance angular frequency wo and quality factor Q. Finally, we proposed a voltage-mode high-pass second-order filter with two input and one output employing one DDCC, two capacitors and two resistors. The proposed filter has following advantages: no requirement of critical component matching conditions, two grounded capacitors ideal for integration, and very low active and passive sensitivities.
