摘要

砂管工法於土木工程之應用，具時效性、經濟性、便利性等優勢。然而台灣對砂管工法缺乏一套完整設計規範。本研究目的，在建立本土化之砂管工法之設計、分析範本。研究方法為收集國外砂管工法於海岸工程之應用案例，了解材料之使用情形，討論砂管工法之力學機制，說明砂管工法應用於海堤之施工步驟，成本估計等。
本案例（以彰濱鹿港西一區砂管工法應用於海堤為例）成本估計為平均完成長度約 234.51M/月，平均每M施工成本77,888 元，如何降低砂腸灌製費，仍待研究。
GeoCoPS程式對單一砂腸之分析結果：單一砂管圓周長9.6m,灌入水壓8.8kPa。地工織物之圓周方向工作張應力23kN/m，極限張應力90kN/m。砂管管最大高度2.1m，H/W比值為0.572。
對群組砂腸管工法力學分析，計算所得結果為Tmax=1.85KN/M，最大張應力1.23MPa。
對單一或對群組砂腸力學分析，結果均小於地工織物之設計強度，符合工程需求。
後續仍待進行研究：（1）根據本地水文狀況，開發水動力模型。（2）建立本地戶外抗紫外線的要求基準。（3）建立本地可能浚喋泥料基本資料，協助材料規範之建立。（4）與本地業者合作建立標準施工準則。

ABSTRACT

An advantageous positions of geotube works applied in civil engineering are more economic, convenient and rapider than other works but there are deficient of a complete design standard in Taiwan. The goal of this study is to build up a design and analysis criterion for geotube works in Taiwan. The study methodologies are the following steps：
（1） To collect some of application cases of geotube works in coast engineering in oversea nation or domestic.
（2） To understand what application circumstance of geotextile material.
（3） To discuss what strength mechanician of geotube works.
（4） To show the construction flowchart of dike applied in geotube works.
The primary conclusions for geotube works applied in coast engineering are listed in：
（1） To estimate that the average construction cost and length are 234.5 m/month and $NT 77,888 /month.
（2） The analysis results by GeoCoPS program only for a single geotube in the circumference direction strength tension and ultimate tension in geotexitile are 23KN/M and 90kN/M.
（3） The force computation results, for the slope of dike filled with geotubes insides, reveal that maximun strength tension and ultimate tension are Tmax=1.85KN/M and 1.23Mpa and Tult=1.23Mpa.
Some suggestions are quoted as in this paper： （1）To development hydraulic model based on local hydrology condition.（2）To build up an anti- UV criterion in site .（3）To set up the basic demand and supple data base for dredging sludge.（4）To build up the standard manual cooperated with local construction company .
