表面黏著型發光二極體取放機構之研製

摘要


摘 要 表面黏著型發光二極體取放測試機為發光二極體構裝業極為重要的生產設備,因製造及研發的技術層次較高,故國內所需皆仰賴進口,目前尚無相關研究及生產,但以目前光電半導體工業的發展趨勢來看,國內勢必要掌握相關機械的設計與生產技術,故本研究經由系統規劃與理論分析後,採用線性驅動式夾持取放機構,以影像回授定位與影像識別的方式,再配合多軸控制的技術,進行機構、控制與視覺檢測系統的整合設計,並經組裝、調機與測試,完成一套表面黏著型發光二極體取放測試機之雛型設計及製造,目前系統取放發光二極體的速度已可達2sec/die,發光二極體取放測試機可靠度約為98%。

Abstract The Surface-Mount Device Light Emitting Diode (SMD-LED) pick-and-place tester is the extremely important manufacturing facility. There is nothing about relative researches or productions for its high level technology in manufacturing and invention, all the internal requirements depends on importing. According to the trend of the currently development, it is necessary for domestic to get over the relative mechanical design and manufacturing technology. After system scheming and theory analyzing in this study, utilizing the linear-driver clipping pick-and-place institution with the image feedback orientation and image identification marking forms, and matches with multiple-axes control technology to proceed the integrated designation of mechanism, control and vision inspection. Through the fabrication, calibration and test, we accomplished a set embryo SMD-LED pick-and-place tester in its designation and production. At the present day, the speed of picking-and-placing SMD-LED of the system is reached to 2sec/die and the reliability is about 98%.
