產能需求規劃系統與製造執行系統於IC測試廠之整合應用

摘要


本研究針對IC半導體測試廠,建構一整合Web-Based的製造執行系統(Manufacturing Execution System, MES)之產能需求規劃(Capacity Requirements Planning, CRP)模組,此一整合系統對生產管理及顧客具有相當之價值。 此產能需求規劃模組考慮相關之重要參數來計算生產線之每小時產能,考慮之參數如:測試時間、機台移動時間、上/下料時間、機台運轉時間、批量大小、良率及重工時間等。透過此模組計算之所需產能,與實際生產機台之可用產能相當接近,因此,生管人員可依計算結果有效且正確地安排生產計劃。 在此產能需求規劃模組中,即時的現場資訊回饋是必要的,因此,本研究發展一Web-Based之製造執行系統,透過網際網路即時收集相關之生產資訊,如訂單進度及機台狀況等,以回饋至產能需求規劃模組。製造執行系統除了提供相關資訊給產能需求規劃模組外,亦可即時產生相關之生產管理報表,如機台稼動率與人員效率報表。 產能需求規劃及製造執行系統的成功整合,有助於生產管理者及生管人員有效地規劃生產產能、嚴密監控生產進度及快速回應異常狀況。透過網際網路,可有效與上下游分享資訊,藉著資訊交換及透明化能顯著提昇整個供應鏈之生產力及競爭力,並進一步增進供應鏈之整體利益。

This research develops a Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) module integrating with a web-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for an integrated circuit testing house. The integrated system is extremely valuable to both management and customers. The CRP module proposes a formula to calculate the units per hour of the testing lines by taking into account the important factors such as test time, index time, load/unload time, machine up time, processing batch size, transportation lot size, yield, rework rate, and dut off rate. This formula can better match the available capacity and the required capacity, so production planners can better conduct the capacity requirements planning, as its name implies. As the real-time information on the shop floor is required by the CRP module, a web-based MES is developed and used for the collection of production information such as order progress and machine status. This is implemented through internet on a real time basis. In addition to provide the data for CRP, the web-based MES can also facilitate the real-time object oriented reporting systems (e.g., showing the efficiency of equipment and operators) for the management. The successful integration of planning by CRP and execution by MES provides a powerful tool for production managers and planners to effectively plan the production capacity, closely monitor the production progress, and quickly respond to abnormal activities. Via internet, the real-time information can be efficiently shared between upstream testing houses and downstream customers. Information exchange and data transparency can significantly increase the productivity and competitiveness of the entire supply chain and benefit both of the upstream and downstream partners.
