摘要 液晶顯示器具有厚度薄、省電和色彩鮮明等優點,為了獲得好的顯示效果,發展更亮,亮度更均勻,效率更高的光源照明系統便是十分重要。光源照明系統的關鍵組件就是導光板。在設計導光板時若能以電腦模擬的方式,尋找出導光板的最佳設計準則,不僅將可節省許多不必要的嘗試錯誤以及時間與金錢的浪費,將更能使導光板的特性符合產品功能的要求。 在本論文中,我們將利用實驗的方式驗證光學模擬軟體的正確性,發現軟體的模擬結果與實際上量測的結果相符合。若使用會有殘留應力現象的材料如PC時,殘留應力會對量測結果造成影響,這是設計時應該注意的地方。利用軟體模擬的方式逐一地對前光模組及背光模組的元件特性作討論與分析。在前光板部份利用光學理論及實物案例來了解前光板紋路的限制,並由使用軟體的模擬知道導光管的重要性。在背光板部分提出觀察背光板內部照度的方法來決定背光板的紋路的排列,可以將背光板的均齊度提昇至五成以上,利用背光板的設計流程配合上紋路間距與大小的變化則一定能將均齊度提昇至八九成以上以達成產品功能的要求並可大幅減少導光板的設計的時間。 關鍵詞:導光板、前光板、背光板
Abstract LCD display has advantage of its thin thickness, low power consumption and vivid color. To develop brighter, uniform illumination and high efficiency lighting source system is very important to get better display effect. The key-port of a lighting source system is light guide plate. It is expected to test various structures of light guide system with computer simulation before designing. Therefore, with the computer simulation, we can save a considerable amount of the try-error times and money, and develop the light guide plate module which has an optimum structure. In this thesis, we valuate the correctness of the light simulation soft ware by experiment. The simulation was found to be coincidence with experiment. When we designing light guide plate, we should be careful on the effect of residual stress when using PC. We discussed and analyzed each component parts of front-light module and back-light module by computer simulation. In front-light, we understand the rule of vein on front-light by optical theory and case and proved the importance of light guide pipe by computer simulation. In back light, we brought up the rule of the vein on back-light by illumination spreading in side of back-light plate. Following the rule; we can get illumination average value than 50 percents. By the procedure of designing back-light plate and changing of veins’ range and size, we can get illumination average value than 80 percents. By this way, we can save time of back-light designing and satisfy the asking of product. Key Words:Light guide plate, front light, back light
