電力監測是將遠端量測信號,透過通訊網路傳輸,擷取資料至本端電腦上進行分析量測。一般的量測儀表都具備有基本的通信協定以便將量測資料傳往個人電腦,進行資料的分析與儲存。本論文採用較為新型的OPC(OLE for Process Control)協定,來取代傳統的DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange)協定作資料傳輸。在量測端由LabVIEW軟體進行資料擷取,在監測端則使用InTouch軟體來監視信號。兩者均為視窗化人機介面,便於使用者的設計與偵錯。 本論文最主要的目標是在於將受測端大量且即時的量測信號,傳送給遠端監測中心的電腦上作資料分析。由於是採用OPC資料傳輸協定,因此可以置放許多的量測端電腦,透過計算機網路的傳輸,將資訊傳往監測中心,突破以往只有單點量測的限制。
The purpose of power system monitoring is to transmit the measurements through communication network for analysis. Most of the modern instruments provide some fundamental communication facility for local access. Instead of using tradition dynamic data exchange (DDE), OPC(OLE for process control) is applied for data acquisition, transmit and storage in the thesis. In the remote site, LabVIEW is used as OPC server which provides raw data. In the local site, Wonderware InTouch is uses as Man-Machine Interface (MMI). Both applications provide graphical User Interface for ease of use. The key purpose of this thesis is to transmit large amount of real-time waveform information from remote sites to a local site for storage and analysis. Because of using OPC, a large number of remote sites can be installed, information can be transmitted to the control center for system wide analysis.
