本論文乃針對目前真空濺鍍(Sputtering)的現有控制架構, 而研製一套獨立行動資料收集與故障分析系統。當機台日益因客戶需求增加修改時,則原來的量產機變成客製機,現有控制理論無法得知機台穩定性及因製程下需要修改機台變化而延伸機台故障問題發生。 本論文用LabVIEW結合現有Hitch軟體(操作介面)及PLC(可程式邏輯控制器),將真空濺鍍(Sputtering)系統所收集之資料作為設計程式架構,運用其資料處理進行分析及儲存,同時對故障問題分析與製程作修正。 本論文設計之方式,可提供機設人員設計改良與機台故障問題即時分析 。根據資料數據變化量進行運算及分析,進而獲得大量有效數據量,藉此快速的找到最佳及即時機台故障問題點,藉以提升機台穩定性。
This thesis is under the existing control architecture that designs of the Vacuum Sputtering to develop data collection and the fault analysis systems. When the machine is increased because the customers demand the production machine change into a custom machine . The control theory can’t know the stability of the machine and it needs to correct the changes of the machine in the process. This thesis uses LabVIEW to combine with Hitch software (user interface) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to design fault analysis system the program with its data , it can analyze and correct the questions of bug with real time. This paper can offer designers to improve and analyze the machine fault problem and. According to the variation of the information a data computation to analyze, it can find quickly the best ways and machine fault problem by gaining a large number of valid data , and promote the stability of the machine.
