在更具競爭的環境下,配電管理自動化工程必須要提供更好的供電服務。當一個新的自動化應用程式加入配電管理系統時,或當事故發生須作緊急處理時,對於在資料獲取與監視控制系統的資料鏈結負載量將變得相當重。為了維持一定的效能,系統的提昇或是轉移將備受矚目。 本文針對台電第二期配電管理自動化工程之規劃,以已經建構完成之區域調度中心之網路階層服務架構作為模擬基礎,利用網路模擬軟體之模擬結果,獲得網路負載流量與效能評估,以利配電管理自動化之推行。另外,更建構出即將被實施的饋線調度控制中心之網路拓樸,期能預先評估出適當的網路架構以提供網路規劃人員參考。
In modern environment, better power service in the automatic power distribution management system should be provided to customers. As new equipment is embedded into the power distribution management system, the data link loading between the remote terminal units (RTUs) and the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system will increase. To maintain satisfactory performance, system improvement or transformation requires more research attention. This thesis uses the network layering service structure of Area Dispatch and Control System (ADCS) of Tai-power company. The simulation scenarios are used to assess the Tai-power second phase distribution management automatic project. The simulation results can be used to assess the network loading and the associated performance of the automatic power distribution management system. Furthermore, the simulation constructs the network topology for the next generation of Tai-power Feeder Dispatch and Control System (FDCS) structure.
