國內在921地震後,特別重視現存建築物的耐震能力,尤其是老舊建築物更是如此。面對現今多樣化的建築型態,加上舊有建築物的種種不確定性,因此需要發展一套評估方法能有效的預估其耐震能力,使得耐震能力不足者,及早加以補強或拆除。本文將引用ATC-40 耐震評估法的精神,針對已損害建物的損害個案,加以考量構材塑角性質及磚牆存在與否等因素,對結構物進行非線性靜力分析,檢核結構性能是否符合設計地震要求並探討各性能水準破壞機制下的構材行為來預估其建物的耐震能力,並引用內政部建築研究所於921地震後修訂的設計反應譜取代ATC-40中的設計反應譜,希望能夠真實的反應台灣地區建築物於地震中之行為;最後與國內現行耐震評估法所評估結果作一比較,希望更能精準了解已損害建築物對耐震能力評估的影響。文中以兩棟現存建築物為例,詳細分析並比較其結果及探討影響耐震能力的因素。
It is noticed the importance of the seismic assessment of existing buildings after 921 earthquake, 1999, especially the old buildings. Facing different styles of buildings and the uncertainty of old buildings, to develop one method for the seismic assessment of buildings is very important. Therefore, it can be found the damaged cases to retrofit or rebuild early. This text use of the essence of ATC-40 performance based earthquake assessment to evaluate the seismic capacity of damaged building with the member plastic hinge property and the process of nonlinear statics analysis. The results will be compared with that of the current seismic evaluation method to understand the effects of seismic assessment for damaged buildings exactly.
