運用NURBS曲線插補於凸輪研磨之路徑規劃

摘要


摘要 本文將根據自由型曲線理論所發展的NURBS(Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline)插補技術,探討凸輪輪廓研磨之路徑。以NURBS方法重建凸輪輪廓,規劃出研磨凸輪之加工模組,並將此加工程式透過FANUC控制器之連結與執行,實現以NURBS方法研磨凸輪輪廓之實際加工路徑控制。

Abstract This study presents a method and module, which for scheme a grinding path of cam profile according to NURBS method, and we show that, can be to connect with the FANUC controller, and make it feasible to control the grinding path of cam profile.
