摘要
面對知識經濟對社會所帶來的衝擊與影響，各領域問題的解決，正面臨如何在有限的資源與時間，有效解決複雜問題的挑戰與需求。 本研究之目的，旨在深入探討問題管理模式的結構與機制，用以協助問題解決者有效管理問題，在各種問題管理模式中，Kepner ＆ Tregoe(KT)所發展的理性管理程序，早經公認為一個有效的系統化解決問題模式。本研究選定KT問題管理模式作為研究的重心。 本研究採用文獻探討、個案研究等研究方法進行分析，佐以一般系統理論針對問題管理模式各項相關課題，進行分析與討論。 本研究，完成了五項重要任務：(一)深入瞭解並發展出問題管理模式的構成要件。(二)發展一個檢何問題管理模式的評析要項。(三) 深入瞭解並分析出KT問題管理模式的要義。(四) 針對個案實際執行過程分析與評析。(五) 針對KT問題管理模式的現況缺點提出修正的芻議。 本研究有關問題管理基礎模式方面的成果可供各領域相關研究的參考，有關KT問題管理模式方面的成果有助組織管理領域提升解決問題的成效。

Confronting the challenge and impact of the knowledge economy upon the modern society, each profession are facing the issue of how to solve complex problems under the constraints of limited resources and time frame. It is the purpose of this study to explore. Problem solving models with respect to their. Structure and mechanism such that problem solvers can be benefited to have problem solved under effective management. Among others, the rational process as developed by Kepner & Trego (KT) has long been widely accepted as an effective approach in solving complex problems. We haven chosen KT-Rational Process of the object of this study. In this study, we employ methods including literature analysis and case study added with General System Theory. The associated questions are addressed accordingly. The study has completed the following important tasks: (1) Developed a Basic Problem Solving model with respects to its elements, and its structure. (2) Developed an scheme for evaluation of a Problem Solving model. (3) Restructured and Represented the KT problem solving model through in-depth analysis (4) Analyzed and critiqued the operational mechanism through case study. (5) Proposed an enhanced KT Problem Solving Model based on findings and conclusion drawn from above. The Basis Problem Solving Model proposed in the study can serve-as basis of further study in various professional areas. The enhanced KT Problem Solving Model can facilitate problem solvers in their endeavors.
