摘要


本文提出一種電流饋入(Current-Fed)式,升壓型軟性切換轉換器(Boost Converter with Soft Switching, BCSS)之研製。轉換器採用相移式全橋(Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge, PSFB)架構,使用UC3875作PWM控制器,利用相移後之信號時序(timing),調變工作週期,使轉換器上臂開關工作在零電流切換(Zero Current Switch, ZCS),下臂開關工作在零電壓切換(Zero Voltage Switch, ZVS),以減低開關元件在導通或截止時的交換損失。 控制迴路是採用電壓負回授方式以獲得良好的電壓調節。轉換器換相時是利用變壓器雜散元件,即初級側之總漏感,和變壓器次級側反射到初級側的繞線電容組成共振電路作轉態。完成一個輸入為40 VDC~60 VDC,輸出為500 VDC/0.5 A相移式升壓型軟性切換轉換器的設計實例、並做模擬和實作之比較。

This paper presents the analysis, design, simulation and experimental results of a full bridge boosted phase shift DC-DC converter with soft switching, which is suitable for high-voltage and high-power application. This converter works in frequency of 40 kHz, with an output power of 250 W. The converter utilizes transformer leakage inductance and winding capacitance to form a resonant circuit to achieve Zero-Current Switched (ZCS) for two upper switches, and Zero-Voltage Switched (ZVS) for two lower switches. The simulation and real test are also conducted for discussion and comparison.
