水蜈蚣精油成分之萃取與鑑定

Extraction and Identification Essential Oil Constituents of the Leaves and Rhizomes of Kyllinga brevifolia

摘要


水蜈蚣(kyllinga brevifolia)為莎草科(Cyperaceae)植物。將新採集的水蜈蚣葉與根莖,經清洗、風乾與攪碎等步驟後,以水蒸氣蒸餾帶出揮發性精油成分,經溶劑萃取、鹼處理後得一黃褐色之中性精油。   將精油先以管柱色層分析粗分成碳氫化合物與含氧化合物兩大部份,分別以氣相色層分析儀及氣相色層質譜儀進行光譜鑑定,初步瞭解精油大致的成分;另再以管柱色層分析進行單離與純化,然後測其IR和NMR光譜進行結構分析,或與已知標準物之Gc-Rt值及文獻光譜核對,以確認其所含精油成分。   在碳氫化合物部分共確認了十個成分,分別為α-Pinene, β-Pinene, α-Cubebene, Copaene, γ-Cadinene, α-Humulene, 4,10-Dimethy1-7-isopropy1 bicyclo[4.4.0]-1,4-Decadiene,γ-Muurolene, α-Elemene, Cyperene在含氧化合物部分共確認了五個成分,分別為Terpinene-4-ol, Myrtenol, Geraniol, δ-Cadinol, Phytol。以上十五個成分均是在水蜈蚣植物中首次發現的成分。

The neutral essential oil was separated and purified by column chromatography. Fifteen compounds which were identified by comparison of GC retention times, IR, GC/MS and NMR spectra wereα-Pinene, β-Pinene, α-Cubebene, Copaene, γ-Cadinene, α-Humulene, γ-Muurolene, α-Elemene, Terpinene-4-ol, Myrtenol, Geraniol, 4,10-Dimethy1-7-isopropy1-bicyclo[4.4.0]-1,4-Decadiene, δ-Cadinol, Cyperene and Phytol.
