本研究針對超媒體教學系統的設計,如何導入可用性工程測試評估的技術,發掘超媒體教學系統設計的可用性問題、迷失問題與認知超荷等問題,以提供超媒體教學系統設計者建構優良的超媒體教學系統以降低學習者的學習障礙,增進網路學習的效益;研究結果發現: 一、可用性問題和迷失問題的發掘方面:運用啟發式評估法不僅能快速的發掘最多的問題,同時對於實驗網站所置入的問題亦能有效發掘出來;然而,專家不是認識基礎效率等級之受測者(生手),因此有些問題是僅能由認識基礎效率等級之受測者(生手)所發掘,而無法由啟發式評估法的專家所發掘。 二、本研究提出改良啟發式評估法,藉以發掘超媒體教學系統的迷失問題,經實驗驗證本研究所提出的改良式啟發式評估法不僅能有效率的找出迷失的問題,並且還能涵蓋非認識基礎效率等級(非生手)進行發聲思考法,所發掘的大部分迷失的問題。 三、認知超荷問題的發掘,使用依賴場景型的受測者為主要的受測者,可反應出學習者對於超媒體教學系統認知差異的最低需求,以作為超媒體教學系統網站在認知問題上設計的參考依據。
In order to diminish learners’ learning obstacles and enhance the benefits of network learning, the research objective of this study is to provide designers of hypermedia learning systems for constructing excellent hypermedia learning systems by focusing on the issues such as the design of hypermedia learning systems, the implementation of the evaluation techniques of usability engineering and testing, and the exploration of usability, disorientation and cognitive overloading problems of hypermedia learning system design. Our research findings suggest that: 1. The exploration of the usability and disorientation problems: by exploiting the method of heuristic evaluation, it can not only quickly excavate problems as much as possible, but also effectively grub the situated problems on websites. However, some problems can only be explored by tyros, not experts. 2. This study addresses the enhanced heuristic evaluation method to explore the disorientation problem of hypermedia learning system. By conducting empirical experimental procedures, this method can not only effectively find out the disorientation problems, it could also cover most parts of problems found by non-knowledge based level respondents (not tyros) by using the think aloud method. 3. It could reflect learners’ minimum requirements of cognitive differences for hypermedia learning system by using field dependent respondents as major subjects. And it could be the design reference of cognitive problems for hypermedia learning system websites.
