In this study, characteristics of the sodium ion selective electrode of different sensing areas based on the separative extended gate field effect transistor are analyzed, such as sensitivity, saturated performance in high concentration, current-voltage characteristics, and noise. Moreover, time of the signal obtained is determined by stable time of biosensor. Furthermore, the potentiometric sensor and amperometric sensor are based on the same measurement circuit system. However, the potentiometric sensor has the problem of the offset voltage, the offset cancellation circuit is used to cancel the offset voltage, and then accuracy can be increased. Eventually, the problems of stabilization and accuracy include the drift effect and hysteresis effect. The novel hysteresis calibration method and drift calibration circuit are used to calibrate these effects, and then stabilization and accuracy of sensor are increased.
