由於社會上老年人口逐漸增加,健康問題逐漸受到重視,故對於生理訊號之量測及生醫遙測技術亦愈顯重要,有鑑於此,本論文提出一低耗電之居家照護系統,此系統有助於健康檢測人員方便對病人進行量測記錄且不受距離之限制,並藉由無線傳輸之方式進行量測。 本研究係藉由生醫感測元件製作一居家照護系統之架構,此架構結合無線傳輸技術,並與前端生醫感測元件搭配,製作完整之無線居家照護系統,此研究可應用於醫學檢測產業領域。 本系統分三部分,包含居家照護端、醫院伺服器端及醫療照護端,由於居家照護系統之準確值係重要之參數,本研究之監控系統可經由生醫感測器(酸鹼、鉀離子、鈉離子、氯離子)取得生理訊號並於異常時提出警告,依據實驗結果,可得知此多功能感測器系統可監控及傳輸多感測信號。
For the reason of increase of aging population, the healthy problem becomes very important. It can not ignore the effect to measure patient’s physiology signal with the progress of biotelemetry technique. Moreover, medical personnel can measure conveniently and record the physiology signals of the patients. It would not limit by distance and can use wireless technologies to measure in the short distance. Therefore, this study aims to present a low-power wireless home-care system. In this study, home-care system is using the biosensor technology to build up the system structure. This structure is also combining with wireless technology in order to form a complete home-care system. This study could be used in the medical sphere. The wireless home-care system is divided into three parts: home, hospital server, and medical station. Moreover, accuracy is an important part of the home-care system. The monitoring system could detect the sensing information from the sensors (pH, pK, pNa, pCl) and provides warning alert when abnormal sensing information occurs. According to the experimental results, the home-care system could successfully monitore and transmite the multi-sensing signal.
