本研究的目的，在於以企業已建立ISO制度系統或對ISO系統熟悉為要素，進行知識管理系統的建置，其是否可依ISO相關做法、流程或觀念加以套用或改進，以達事半功倍之效？經由文獻探討、訪談、問卷等方式做一印證及比對。
本論文的研究對象是以一家已上櫃的電子公司，其ISO系統的建置已趨完備，且已獲ISO各項認證通過，由於該公司之客戶為國內外PCB之大廠，且供應鏈擴及兩岸三地，對其產品品質有一定程度的要求，另則該公司與大部份電子大廠相同，皆面對至大陸設廠及人員流動率高所面對之經驗傳承的問題。
針對研究主題「以ISO 9000制度為基礎建立企業知識管理之應用探討」，本研究採取個案研究方法，試圖藉由個案深度訪談及相關資料之搜集，探究該公司進行知識管理相關活動與ISO系統相關聯的過程及現況。
本研究有助於企業欲進行知識管理相關建構時，進行相關觀念的釐清，進而提供決策活動調整。當ISO認證已是企業普遍擁有的必備條件，而知識管理卻是方興未艾，且將成為下一階段企業認知裡所必須進行的重要活動之一，本研究認為以ISO的建置經驗及作法，可以使企業在推動知識管理時的目標較為明確，並且使員工的認同度增加。利用既有的經驗及作法去推動知識管理是值得企業界參考的一個方向。

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research, is the enterprise has already built up the ISO
system or acquaint to the ISO system for main factor, carry on the establishment of the knowledge management system, whether it can depend on the ISO related modus, process or idea to take into the set to use or improve, to attain the effect of the half effort and double results or not ? Inquire into, interview through the cultural heritage, questionnaire etc. method do on corroborating and comparing to.
The research object of this thesis is a have already ascended the electricity
subsidiary of the cabinet, the establishment of its ISO system has already tended complete, and have already got various certifications of ISO to pass, is the big factory of the domestic and international PCB due to the customer of that company, and the supply chain expands and cross-straits three ground, have the request of the certain degree to its product quality, another then that company and most electronicses the big factory is same, all facing go to the mainland to establish the factory and personnel the fluxion rate experience that high face spreads to accept of problem.
Aim at to study the topic" Construction of Knowledge Management Based on ISO 9000 Series ", this research adopts the case study method, trying to collect by the individual cases depth interview and related data, investigating that company carries on the knowledge management related activity and the ISO system mutually connection of the process and the current conditions.
When this research contribute to the enterprise to want to carry on the related
construction of the knowledge management, carry on the distinguishing of related idea, then provide to make policy the movable adjustment.
