在第四方物流環境下供應商選定與至顧客途程最佳化之研究

摘要


近幾年,全球運籌與國際化的趨勢,使得物流管理複雜性漸增,所以需要一個整合管理者,在供應商、製造商與第三方物流中扮演著一個“物流整合者”的角色,去執行一個全球化的運籌管理,因此第四方物流就是在這個情況之下被提出。 本研究提出一個第四方物流運作模式,可分成兩部分:供應商與製造商最佳配送模式、製造商與顧客運送途程配送模式,用以解決第四方物流的關鍵問題。在供應商與製造商最佳配送模式中,以最小化的運輸成本與供應商原料成本為考量,並將問題建構成線性規劃運輸問題,利用即時鏈結演算法,找出哪些原料供應商必須與製造商鏈結在一起,以滿足製造商需求。在製造商與顧客運送途程配送模式中,以最小化運輸成本、懲罰成本與各城市的營運時間限制(時窗限制)為考量,並將問題建構成運輸網路問題,利用螞蟻演算法,決定運送途徑並且把第三方物流服務供應者指派到不同的運送環節。 本研究在考慮成本優化的前提之下,可找出一個對於供應商、製造商與第三方物流最大利益的第四方物流整合運作模式。在供應商與製造商配送模式,本研究可以找出供應商與製造商多對多的配送方式。在製造商與顧客運送途程配送模式,本研究考慮成本最小化的前提之下,可以找出運送途徑並且把第三方物流服務供應者指派到不同的運送環節,並將時窗限制與各城市作業時間考慮在模式中,使更符合實際情況。除此之外,在協同物流環境下,本研究也提出第三方物流協同運輸模式,以解決中小型第三方物流所遭受到的區域限制與壓迫。

Recently, the concept of globalization has complicated the principle of logistics; therefore, an integrated management is required between the vendors, the manufacturers, and the third party logistics (3PL) service providers. The notion of fourth party logistics (4PL) is the outcome of the integrated management style which is executed in the phase of the global logistical planning management. This study is focused on the operational model of 4PL and it can be separated into two parts: the transportation model between the manufactures and their vendors, and the routing optimization model between the manufacturer and his customer. The most efficient transportation model includes the minimization of both the transportation and the material costs. The model is developed into a linear programming transportation problem, and implemented by a chaining algorithm. In order to satisfy the demand of the manufactures, the most favorable supply chains between the manufactures and their venders can be found. During the routing optimization model between the manufacturer and his customer, the minimization of the transportation cost and the penalty cost and time windows are considered. In addition, this study constructs the problem into the transportation network problem, and employs the ant algorithm to determine the most favorable route provided by the 3PL service providers. Moreover, this study is focused on developing the 4PL integrated operation model in order to find the most beneficial connection between the vendors, manufactures and 3PL service providers. In transportation model, this study can find out supplier and manufacturer to a lot of delivery way more. In routing optimization model, this study consider prerequisite that the cost minimizes, can find out way of transporting and serve third party logistics supplier is it reach different links of transporting to appoint. In addition, here under the logistics environment, this study proposes the transportation way in coordination of third party's logistics too, in order to solve the medium and small-scale third party's logistics area limiting and oppression suffered to.
