基板溫度變化下之Alq3薄膜特性分析

摘要


摘要 本文為改變基板溫度( Tsub ),以提供不同之表面擴散動能,並利用物理汽相沈積法( PVD )製備Alq3非晶隙薄膜。在表面形貌與薄膜結晶度方面,分別利用原子力顯微鏡與X-ray粉晶繞射儀做分析。而電性量測方面,則在真空中量測不同樣品之I-V曲線,最後分別計算其本質之電導率,並討論其最佳成長條件。另外在光激螢光頻譜方面,共分為兩個部份。第一部份為分別在真空與曝氧下,量測Alq3非晶隙薄膜之隨時間的衰減。而第二部份做持續曝氧下,光激螢光頻譜在雷射長時間照射下之變化。

Abstract the study is for varing substrate temperature to provide the different kinetic energy on the surface, and prepares Alq3 amorphous films by physical vapor deposition . The surfuce morphology and crystallinity for the Alq3 amorphous films are examined by atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The electrical property are studied by examines the I-V curve of different samples in the vacuum. Then try to estimate its conductivity. There are two parts for photo- luminescence measure. In the first part, samples are under air and vacuum separately observe the decay of photoluminescence with time. The second part is it expose to air continuously, and observes the variation of it’s photoluminescence in laser for a long time.
