以扇形壓電陶瓷體為主之旋轉型壓電馬達之設計分析

摘要


摘 要 本文針對應用扇形雙模式(Bimodal)壓電陶瓷體為基礎設配合周邊機構,設計研製一個可經由摩擦方式之旋轉型壓電馬達。其結構有夾具、預力、前端放大機構所組成,在輸入弦波電壓使整個壓電馬達經由摩擦方式傳遞能量,產生所需之旋轉運動。 本文採用有限元素法軟體ANSYS分析扇形雙模式壓電陶瓷體與周邊結構,以及旋轉型壓電馬達之輸出頭(output head)。經由電陶瓷體之軸向輸出位移與縱向輸出位移之運動軌跡及自然共振模態等,訂定重要參數之設計規格及方法。 另亦對研製之旋轉型壓電馬達進行實驗,以獲得輸出轉速與輸入電壓關係圖、扭力與輸入電壓關係圖和轉速時間關係圖、扭力時間關係圖,驗證其功能。

Abstract A new type of piezoelectric rotary motor driven by a set of sector-type bimodal piezoelectric ceramics is developed. The sector-type bimodal piezoelectric ceramics and the associated mechanisms as well as the output head are analyzed and simulated by ANSYS. Via the displacements in the horizontal and vertical directions and the stress of the bimodal piezoelectric ceramics several key design parameters for better performance is investigated. Practical experiment of the rotary piezoelectric motor is carried on. Performance of the rotation speed and the torque output with respect to the applied voltage is measured.
