兒童「空間建構」學習營隊企劃與執行之研究 -以人本基金會兒童「築巢」梯隊為例

摘要


論文摘要 主要的研究目的有: 一、了解「主題學習營隊」企劃與執行的問題。 二、探討孩子與空間的互動關係。 三、探討人本「森林育」與「築巢梯」之關係與異同。 四、做為人本「築巢梯」後續行動之基礎。 文獻探討主要針對築巢梯所涉及的相關議題來探討,一為情境學習、二為團隊合作學習、三為環境教育等相關理論做探討,並做為本研究立論之觀點。 本研究採取參與觀察之研究,探討在築巢活動中,進行設計與實施空間體驗之歷程;並探討活動員在教學中,所遭遇的問題及其解決之道及探討孩子在過程中與空間環境互動的關係。研究者以人本兒童築巢梯隊為研究場域,在研究中擔任現場觀察者,以梯隊中之活動員與小孩為研究對象進行研究。 在過程中運用由上而下的資源控制與由下而上的溝通協調,以工作、研究、學習的參與,建立與活動員們的伙伴關係,以非正式的工作小組,打破各專業領域間的隔閡,從認識人本教學法開始到尋找築巢議題,到實踐活動方案的形成,不斷的在活動過程中觀察與記錄。 而經過觀察活動的實施後,檢視實施之經驗,研究者有以下之體認與省思: 一、築巢的成功與否在於團隊合作 二、在真實的環境中學習 三、培養敏銳的觀察力(五感的體驗) 四、在做的過程中,培養解決問題的能力 五、流動的身體,自由的主體 六、重新面對規則而非完全的放任 藉由分析活動模式中的運作機制、互動關係及影響、研究者的觀察、記錄、訪談、研究者及活動員的省思札記等多項資料,透過資料之整理與分析後,提出問題與解決對策,提供後續活動之參考。

Abstract This study aims mainly at: 1.realizing issues in planning and implementing “Theme Learning Team”; 2.exploring the interactive relations between children and space; 3.exploring the relations and difference/similarity between “In-Forest Learning” and “Nest Building Ladder” camp programs by HEF ; and 4.building up the foundation for follow-up steps of “Nest Building” camp program by HEF. The literature review focuses on areas of all related issues that “Nest Building Ladder” program involves: firstly Situational Learning, secondly Team Cooperation Learning, and thirdly Theories Concerning Environmental Education; furthermore they serve as basis that support the points postulated by this study. This study adapts participating and observing method. With which it explores the entire course of beginning designing and implementation of experiencing space through all nest building activities; besides, it also explores the problems, and the possible resolutions, that the program staff encounter during giving the training and also digs into the interactive relations between the children and space environment during the entire course. The author takes HEF children’s “Nest Building” sessions as domain of the study and plays a role as an on-site observer in this study and conducts the study on the activities staff and children on the session as target subject. During the course of study, this study adapts top-down resource control along with bottom-up communications and coordination, on this basis the author builds partnership-like relationships with activities staff by participating into their works, research and learning steps, in addition, also tries to break through the gaps between various specialty areas through such an informal work team. All these enables the author to keep observing and recording every significant data and information throughout the entire course of this study – from locating the issue of nest building, through formation of activities program to conduct. The author attains the comprehensive recognition and views as follows as a result of the practical experiences earned through observation of the activities conducted and in-depth contemplation: 1.Success in nest building relies on teamwork. 2.Learning happens in real environment. 3.The learning process hones up sensitivity in observation (experiencing through five sensations) 4.Problem solving ability is well developed through actually doing at process of the course. 5.Experiencing the body at flow and subjectivity/subject in total freedom. 6.Looking back to regulations instead of totally indulgent-on. Through analyzing the operation mechanism, interactive relations in the activities patterns and the influences, the author presents hereafter the issues and their resolutions or counter measures after organizing any analyzing all results and records obtained through practical observation, keeping records and interviews, including the views and notes and other written records of the author and activities staff, in the hope of serving as reference for the interested individuals or parties for the follow-up steps.
