全橋相移式高頻溫控感應加熱器之設計與研製

摘要


摘 要 由於感應加熱相較於傳統直接加熱,具備有加熱速度快、安全性高、產品品質好、幾乎無環境污染等許多優點;另一方面,隨著功率半導體元件製作技術的進步,使轉換器上的功率開關能夠操作在更高頻率的範圍,致使高頻感應加熱裝置具備了輕、薄、短、小、效率高的特色。 本篇論文在於建構一電壓饋入式電源轉換裝置,應用於負載串聯共振式感應加熱系統之上。在原本的全橋式電路架構下,藉由相移式脈波寬度調變技術、死區時間控制方式以及不需外加其它輔助電路的情況之下,利用功率變壓器的漏電感與功率開關的寄生電容產生共振,進而使功率開關上的切換能量獲得適當的轉換,賦予功率開關具備零電壓切換之性能,以達降低功率開關之切換應力、切換損失及改善電磁干擾現象,成功達到提高加熱效率之目的。由於加熱負載之電氣特性伴隨加熱溫度的變化而改變,有鑑於此,本研究採用鎖相迴路控制技術,致使系統工作頻率於一定範圍內追隨共振頻率,確保加熱系統於運作期間之效率為最佳狀態;此外,利用熱電耦之溫度感測器配合相移技術,設計出溫度回授控制功能,藉由調整電壓工作週期來改變轉換器之輸出功率,進而控制加熱負載之溫度,以便有利於往後針對負載在某溫度下,做更精準的特性分析與探考。 最後,針對本研究之感應加熱系統,其轉換器控制信號、操作特性與整體效率進行量測與說明;此外,亦針對加熱溫度變化情況下,加熱負載電氣特性改變對於加熱效益做一探討。 關鍵詞:感應加熱、電壓饋入式電源轉換裝置、負載串聯共振、零電壓切換、鎖相迴路控制技術、溫度回授控制

Abstract Compared with conventional direct heating, the induction heating has been widely used and rapidly developed for industrial applications, because it has many advantages such as high-speed heating, safety, high quality, cleanliness, and etc. On the other aspect, with tremendous advances of the latest power semiconductor devices, the switches of inverter can operate in higher frequency ranges. Therefore, the induction-heating systems can reach small, compact, and efficient properties. The main purpose of this thesis is to build a voltage-fed switching power supply for load series resonant induction heating system. By using the phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage-switched PWM technique, this system can reduce switching losses, component stress, and electromagnetic interference of power semiconductor devices. Since the characteristics of load changes by variations of temperature, this thesis uses phase locked loop (PLL) technology to cause switching frequencies to follow the resonant frequencies. It can ensure that the heating system is in the most efficient state. Additionally, the thesis proposes the temperature control by temperature-sensor incorporating with phase-shift Pulse-Width-Modulated (PWM) technology. Moreover, it changes the output power control is reached by regulation the duty-cycle. Finally, the control signals of inverter, operation characteristics and efficiency of the system are measured and analyzed.
