非同步行動運算伺服器之研究

摘要


隨著資訊技術的進步以及無線網路的普及應用,使得個人數位助理PDA    (Personal Digital Assistants)等行動裝置受到多數使用者的廣泛使用。早期的行動裝置,由於無法與無線網路結合外,故必須將資料儲存在記憶體內,之後使用傳輸線將資料傳送到電腦上,再將資料透過網路上傳到其他儲存空間分享給其他人。隨著無線上網技術與PDA等的行動裝置之整合後,能很容易將資料傳給伺服器主機,但是行動裝置只負責資料傳送、接收與顯示,若跟伺服器主機斷線的話,便會有資料不同步或遺失的風險。故本研究便是改進上述兩種行動式運算之缺失,讓行動裝置即使無法立即的透過網路連上主機,也能發揮其功能。本研究是透過行動裝置Pocket PC 2003搭配IBM WebSphere Everyplace Access Version 4.3來實作此一方式是否可行,提供給企業行動式運算系統發展上之比較與參考。

Along with information's technical progress and the popularization wireless network, more and more people use the mobile device such as PDA (Personal Digital Assistants). Because the mobile device can not associate with wireless network in the early time, we must store data in the mobile device beforehand. Then transfer data to server by using the transmission line. Finally, transfer these data to other storage space via wireless network in order to share with other people. Along with the mobile device can be online via wireless network, we can transfer data to server easily. But the mobile devices only take responsible for transmission, reception and display for data. If this mobile device has a break with server, the data will have risks such like out of sync or loss. The purpose for this research will improve the loss which is above two kind of mobile computing. Let the mobile devices work better, even though it can not connect to server instantly.
