摘要


在全球化競爭的今日,以往都只有強調企業內部的管理,但企業不可能是單獨存在的,現今敵對的企業關係已不復存在,取而代之的是協同合作商務時代的來臨,如何有效協調企業內部產銷計劃一致與供應鏈中的各個成員達成協同商務,是面對變化激烈的市場環境下營造可持久競爭優勢的關鍵。 本研究將規劃設計出一整合製造規劃控制系統(MPCS)與協同規劃預測補貨(CPFR)之功能模組設計架構,而研究範圍主要針對問題特性為與上下游企業有協同合作之必要或遇到對於需求預測不準確、需求變動頻繁、對銷售端訊息無法掌握、長鞭效應與企業內部生產與銷售計畫不一致之問題產業進行分析與研究。並提出於長期策略規劃階段之銷售與規劃模組、需求管理模組;於中期規劃執行階段之協同規劃預測補貨模組、預測模組;於短期現場執行階段之生產平準化模組進行分析規劃與探討,並詳細說明其模組間之相互關連性,進而對企業內部的生產管理面展開所需的系統功能參考模組。以提供企業流程規劃人員或系統及程式設計人員未來可快速延伸其內容並建置系統時的一個參考依據。 本文透過問題循環圖歸納並展開出所需的系統功能模組,以五大功能模組架構出完整的系統並以此為基礎發展出更詳細的子模組內容使讀者能夠快速了解欲達到企業內部製造規劃控制系統結合協同規劃預測補貨所需具備的功能模組,其次透過描繪功能模組間互動關係的流程圖與循序圖,可以呈現彼此間的資料傳遞與互動程序,進而展現各個模組之功能;由於本研究強調規劃系統功能模組,因此將利用已被證明最為有效展現系統功能工具之一的IDEF 0 呈現整體架構與模組之間的相關性。最後,本研究以範例探討方式,讓讀者能對本研究所發展出的系統架構有更進一步的了解與認識。

In today’s competitiveness and globalization, formerly a company usually emphasizes on the internal management of business; however, the enterprises can’t be existing in the market independently and the hostility toward each other is no longer existed; on a contrast, it’s now an era of mutual-cooperation in the business. How to effectively coordinate the consistency of the internal production and marketing planning and to reach the business collaboration of the members in the supply chain are the long last competitive key point when dealing with this fiercely changeable market. The purpose of this research is to design a functional module that combines MPCS and CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment). The researching ranges are mainly on the necessity of the collaboration between up and downstream suppliers or the inaccuracy of the demand forecast, the frequency of the demand changes, unable to control the demand information, bullwhip effect and the inconsistency on both internal production and sales planning. And the purpose of the research is to proceed with analysis and study for the industries with above issues. Moreover, to bring out the long term planning sale strategy and planning module, demand management module and proceed with CPFR module in the middle-stage, forecast module; and on the short-term proceeding with analysis planning and study on the Lean Production modules; moreover, to elaborate the correlations between each modules, then to proceed with necessary system functional module in the internal production management of the enterprises. These are the reference basis for providing enterprise procedure planners or programming engineers to extend the functional modules and develop the system. This research is through the problem circulation chart to conclude and develop the necessary system functional module and using five functional modules to frame out the complete system, also take it as the basis to develop a detailed content of the sub modules so the reader can rapidly understand the functional modules that achieved and combined by enterprise internal production planning control system and CPFR. Moreover, using relation diagrams to induce problems, using flow chart to define modules contents, and combining sequence diagrams with activity diagrams to display the relationship between the modules. At the second part, using IDEF0 to describe whole framework extends the first part. Finally, the research uses a mode of case study that leads reader to catch on to what the system modules are.
