從雁行理論探討課程發展委員會 之執行成效 -以桃園縣國民中學為例-

摘要


從雁行理論探討課程發展委員會之執行成效 以桃園縣國民中學為例 摘 要 本研究旨在探討雁行理論和桃園縣國民中學「課程發展委員會」 運作成效的相關性。並綜合實際參與「課發會」運作之「課發會」成員之意見,作進一步分析和比較。 本研究以問卷調查的方式進行,採用分層隨機取樣。首先從53所學校中,班級數9班以下者抽取2所,10~53(含)班的學校中抽取12所,54班以上的學校抽取6所,總共取樣約20所。再從此20所學校中,每所抽取10名,抽取之樣本為200名左右。共回收188份,回收率94﹪,回收情形良好。扣除資料填答不完整的問卷,有效問卷共177份,有效率高達88.5﹪。 所得資料以SPSS 10.0統計軟體進行統計分析,透過描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析和解釋。本研究是採用李克特四點量表,請課發會成員閱讀每一項行為敘述句後,依照自己目前實際狀況,就「完全符合」、「大部分符合」、「小部分符合」、「完全不符合」四個不同選項中勾選答案。答「完全符合」者給四分,「大部分符合」者給三分,「小部分符合」者給二分,「完全不符合」者給一分。 所獲得的主要結論如下: 一、課發會成員在整體知覺雁行理論特質上,以「激勵同伴」最高,其次依序為「輪流領導」、「互相扶持」,而以「團隊合作」最低。 二、不同性別、年齡、教育程度、服務年資、擔任職務及任教領域之 「課發會」成員在知覺雁行理論特質中皆未發現差異。 三、不同學校班級數和不同學校位置的「課發會」成員對雁行理論特 質之知覺有差異。 四、不同性別、年齡、教育程度、服務年資、擔任職務及任教領域之 「課發會」成員在知覺課發會執行成效中皆未發現差異。 五、不同學校班級數的「課發會」成員對課發會執行成效之知覺有差 異。 六、「課發會」的執行成效與雁行理論的特質呈現正相關,而且雁行 理論特質(團隊合作、輪流領導、激勵同伴、互相扶持)皆有助於課 發會的執行成效。 根據以上結論,並提供教育行政機關、學校相關人員、「課發會」成員、未來研究者相關建議,以作為今後「課發會」執行之參考。 關鍵詞:桃園縣國民中學、雁行理論、課程發展委員會、 課程發展委員會運作現況、課發會執行成效

The Study of Flying-geese Model in Committee of School Curriculum Development: The Example of Junior High School in Taoyuan County Abstract The goal of this study is to research the relevance between the flying-geese model and the operation of Taoyuan County Junior High School’s Committee of School Curriculum Development. Furthermore, I also compared, analyzed and summed opinions I got from respondents who are members of the Committee to make this study more complete. This study was based on a questionnaire I designed, and the respondents were picked deliberately. The total number of Junior High Schools in Taoyuan County is 53. I picked 2 schools which have less than 9 classes; 12 schools which have 10 to 53 classes; 6 schools which have more than 54 classes. The schools I chose were 20, and then randomly picked 10 respondents from each school. Consequently, I had 200 respondents. The responses I got eventually were 188. Despite the incomplete responses, there were 177 effective ones, thus the accuracy is 88.5%. I used Likert-like scales to measure the strength of the respondents’ attitude toward assuming flying-geese model in the Committee. According to the statements I gave in the questionnaire, the respondents had to choose between “Strongly Agree”, “Agree”, “Neutral”, and “Strongly Disagree” under consideration. Given a “Strongly Agree” answer would be scored 4; “Agree” answer would be scored 3; “Neutral” answer scored 2, and “Strongly Disagree” answer scored 1. The results was first analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software, then adopted methods of descriptive statistics, independent samples T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Bivariate Correlate and multiple regression for analyzing and interpreting. Based on the results, the conclusions I made were, A.The qualities of flying-geese model that the respondents grasped the most was “encouraging partners”, followed by “sharing leadership”, and “stand by each other in difficult times”; however, “cooperate as a team” was the least comprehended. B. Study showed that for respondents with different backgrounds such as age, gender, academic background, work experience, and work position; the qualities of “encouraging partners”, “sharing leadership”, “stand by each other in difficult times” and “cooperate as a team” were equally favorable. C. Qualities were valued differently by respondents from schools with different number of classes or different areas of Taoyuan County. D. Study showed that for respondents with different backgrounds such as age, gender, academic background, work experience, and work position; the qualities of the effect of the committee were equally favorable. E. Qualities were valued differently by respondents from schools with different number of classes. F. More favorable the respondents to the flying-geese model quality, the respondents’ Committee tends to be more successfully operated. In fact, all the qualities of flying-geese model, for example, “encouraging partners”, “sharing leadership”, “stand by each other in difficult times” and “cooperate as a team” are beneficial to the Committee’s operation. In the mean time, based on the conclusions, I made some suggestions to the government,the school,the Committee, the researchers in the future as well.
