以高分子聚合物技術進行濕度感測元件之研究

摘要


鑑於環境參數中濕度量測之重要性,近幾年來於濕度感測元件特性及製程之改進研究不曾間斷。從化學方法進行感測薄膜之改質或利用物理方式接枝,皆有相當多文獻進行探討。目前,亦有不少學者及公司利用此一技術進行人體臨床相關參數之量測,例如:少汗症之量測、美容業者進行肌膚含水量之量測等,這些研究探討濕度感測元件之應用,故濕度感測元件於市場之發展具相當之潛力。 鑑於環境參數中濕度量測之重要性,近幾年來於濕度感測元件特性及製程之改進研究不曾間斷。從化學方法進行感測薄膜之改質或利用物理方式接枝,皆有相當多文獻進行探討。目前,亦有不少學者及公司利用此一技術進行人體臨床相關參數之量測,例如:少汗症之量測、美容業者進行肌膚含水量之量測等,這些研究探討濕度感測元件之應用,故濕度感測元件於市場之發展具相當之潛力。 本研究係以聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯乳膠(PVAC)及聚丙烯酸乳膠(Acrylic emulsion)作為濕度感測元件之高分子材料,輔以電解質(Electrolyte)進行感測特性之改善,以偵測環境中之相對濕度,此元件具製程簡單、成本低、低溫度係數等優點。以氯化鎂為添加物之濕度感測元件濕程範圍係介於40%~90%RH,而溫度係數最小值係-0.05%RH/℃。 此外,本研究亦用濕度感測元件為基礎,進行人體肌膚濕氣感測元件之研究,此感測元件係利用聚醯亞胺為感測薄膜,進行人體肌膚濕氣之量測。最佳化之元件感測面積大小約42mm2。

The relative humidity property plays an important role in the environment measurements. Therefore, the investigation of the humidity sensor has been studied to improve the sensing properties and the fabrication process in the recent years. There are many researchers to study how to modify the sensing membrane of the humidity sensor, using the different methods, such as the chemical method and the physical method. Currently, many companies and scholars utilized the technique of the humidity sensor to measure the relative parameter of the human body, such as the moisture of the human body. The investigation discovered the new application field of the humidity sensor. Hence, the humidity sensors have the good potentiality on the market. In this study, the polyvinyl acetate (PVAC) and Acrylic emulsion are the based sensing membranes of the humidity sensor, which are added the electrolyte to modify the sensing characteristics. The relative humidity of the environment is detected by the humidity sensor. Those sensors have some advantages, such as simple process, low cost and low temperature coefficient, etc. The best sensing range of the humidity sensor is between 40%RH and 90%RH, whose temperature coefficient is about –0.05%RH/℃。 Moreover, we also investigated the skin moisture sensor, which was based on the humidity sensor technique. The sensing membrane of the skin moisture sensor was based on the polyimide films. The best sensing area of skin moisture sensor is around 42mm2.
