摘要


本研究將針對以RFID為基礎之品質管理系統提出構想,以物流中心作為預想對象,探討在運輸過程中、環境因素對產品內在品質之影響;其主要目的歸類如下:(一) 探討RFID技術,是否可反應物流作業過程中作業品質之變化;(二) 以物流作業現場為例,規劃建構RFID監控作業品質機制。對物流業來說,RFID技術的運用越發完善、並越來越多元化,品質常成為企業引用之附帶條件,然而、在物流業中、卻大多仍以要求速度為主,尚未把品質擺在第一位思考;而本研究以品質為主要因素,設想、探討以品質為出發點的應用模式,將品保概念作為RFID系統之首要考量。本研究分為五個部份:(一)產業介紹;(二)文獻探討發覺環境因素影響品質;(三)蒐集資料;(四)提出系統概念;(五)結論及建議;本研究藉由各方資料蒐集來導引出系統之概念,並欲以質化研究方法進行研究,參照現有作業模式、國內外應用實例、RFID現行技術…等資訊,歸納整理後進行規劃程序,以現有系統為基礎、設計出一套新系統,利用監控環境因素來達成品質保證的目的;並透過結合感測器的方式來監控產品周遭之環境,避免其變化直接影響到產品品質,或者當環境已經發生變化後、針對該產品做最即時的處置,期望能做為業者導入RFID技術時的另一項誘因。

Based on the RFID technology used in the quality system of a distribution center, this research is to explore the effects of product quality caused by the transportation and environment factors. The study aims to 1. understand if the RFID tool can be used to detect the changes of product quality during the operating process in a logistic system, 2. propose a preliminary framework for a distribution center to monitor the quality status by introducing the RFID system in the field. In general, the more investment on the RFID technology in the business, the more data and information will be required. The RFID technology has progressed fast and applied in more and more industries. However, so far, it is not found that the quality monitoring system has been set up in distribution center or in the wholesale shop. Different form other research related to the RFID application in business, the research places quality as one of the important factors in the RFID application. This paper is classified into five parts: first, introduction of the RFID and the applications in RFID in the business. Second, review literature about the environmental factors on product quality. Third, collect data and make analysis. Forth, present a preliminary concept framework of a suggested system with RFID technology to monitor the product quality. Fifth and the last, make conclusions and suggestions to the later researchers who are interested in this field. The proposed framework is used to attract the business to take into account the quality element when introducing the RFID for operations. The framework is helpful to the business and it is the most contribution of the study.
