在配電自動化的系統中,復電工作須藉由配電系統上的開關(Switch)間的切換動作,改變相關的開關的投、切狀態,來完成復電的目標。開關狀態的描述可以使用邏輯的推論,找出開關彼此間的關係以利於配電系統的復電工作。本論文利用了智慧型代理人設計復電代理人系統。利用JADE平台開發復電系統,運用其分散式的特性以及溝通訊息的支援,來清楚地描述配電系統。每一個開關上均掛載一個代理人,建構出分散式多代理人環境。讓每個代理人都可以視需求進行復電規劃。復電工作將以平行處理的方式完成,為此可以降低復電過程所需時間,而能夠發揮代理人的處理能力。代理人間的主動與被動行為設計是依照事件的背景來考量,復電過程中有很多需要靠溝通的方式才能達到所需目的。 復電方法運用了群集復電與區域復電並行的方式,通過此方式來顯示出代理人間的互動,也從互動中了解分散式代理人運用在配電系統時會出現什麼樣的狀況,也得知在同時做復電工作時的效率。
The distribution system restoration is performed by changing the status of switches on the feeders. The status of these switches can be described by logical manner. Understanding of the relationship of these switches can help the restoration process. Intelligent Agents (IA) is applied in this thesis to develop a distribution restoration planning system. By utilizing the JADE development platform, the distributed characteristics and the message communication facility, the distribution system can be better described. In order to develop the proposed multi agent system, an agent is installed inside every switch. By doing so, each agent can initiate the restoration process. The restoration process can be done in parallel in order to reduce the outage time. In order to exchange the information, the communication messages are designed based on the occurrence of events. The restoration plan used in this thesis can be either group restoration or zone restoration. The interaction between the agents can be explored during the restoration process.
