摘要


產品開發是企業掌握市場、維持競爭力的重要活動。企業需要投入大量人力、物力與資金於其中。隨著顧客需求的多變與產品的複雜度提高,單家企業已無法負荷如此龐大的研發資金,因此企業開始將部份產品設計外包給其他專業企業,彼此協同合作,共同設計一項產品以達到將成本分攤、共享利益的目的。也因如此,各家企業的設計活動息息相關形成了設計鏈。若合作過程中單方發生改變卻沒有與其他公司協調,則可能影響到其他公司的設計活動,甚至影響整個產品開發專案。因此在各企業共同合作協同設計的同時,應有一套管理改變的手法以有效輔助控制專案過程中的改變。此外,由於設計鏈中的成員分散各地,且擁有著不同的資源與各自的合作理念,若用集中式的改變控管流程可能會產生相關協調改變問題。因此本研究整理數位學者提出的概念設計流程,考慮活動的目的與可能的回溯形成一個通用性的概念設計流程。從中了解到概念設計階段產品結構的不確定,無法適用組態管理的控管手法,因此本研究以文件為控管項目,並考量設計鏈的分散特性提出一套用於設計鏈中的分散式概念設計改變控管流程,以協助設計鏈的成員在發生改變時,能根據自身的評估準則做出決策,並維持公司對公司間文件關係的一致性看法,減少日後合作上發生智慧財產權方面的糾紛。

Collaborative product development is becoming more valuable because of the increasing complexity of the coordination and management of organizational information, responsibilities, schedules, deliverables, product information, and business processes. As outsourcing and globalization increase the number of design chain participants, a collaborative product development enables companies to speed up the decision-making of design chains of trusted partners, employees, suppliers, and customers. The first phase of the product development is conceptual design. Eighty percent of the product costs are determined during this phase. However, due to continuous changes in design projects, delays in product developments are not rare. Thus, a change control workflow is needed among design chain participants for product development. A distributed change control workflow applying the principles of configuration management and project management for conceptual design in design chains is therefore proposed. It is basically derived from routing table algorithm. A baseline of inter-document relationship is utilized to control the consistency of design documents among design chain participants. With the proposed distributed change control workflow, the intervention resources will be reduced and the quality of conceptual designs will be increased.
