本文主要探討軸對稱圓柱散熱片端部對流效應之暫態熱傳分析,利用分離變數法將複雜的偏微分方程式簡化成為多個單一變數之常微分方程式,進而解出常微分方程式的解析解,改變解析解中之端部對流係數與圓周表面對流係數,研究在不同的對流係數與畢歐數的作用下,對散熱片之散熱效能的影響。 另一對照分析比較,為利用Matlab解出方程式之數值解,並以圖示表示其散熱效果,得知溫度分佈及熱傳與時間、距離的相對關係,並探討散熱片幾何尺寸及表面對流狀態之影響,使得散熱片更能符合一般條件或是特殊情況下的散熱效果,藉由對於散熱片溫度及熱量分佈之了解,使安全性能提高,使用壽命期限延長,工作效能提升。
A study of the transient analysis of an axisymmetric circular cylindrical pin fin with tip convective effect is presented. The method of superposition and separation of variables is used to transform the complicated partial differential equation into several ordinary differential equations. Solve the ordinary differential equation, and obtain the analytical solution of the partial differential equation. The effects of tip convection on the temperature distributions along the fin and the heat flow rate at the fin base is also examined. A numerical computation is performed by the commercial software Matlab. The results are compared to the analytic solutions obtained in the present investigation. It also shows the impacts of fin size and convection condition on the temperature distribution and heat flux. By the knowledge of fin temperature distribution, and heat transfer rate one can improve the fine performance, life timing and working efficiency.
