具熱源軸對稱柱狀體之非定常熱傳研究

摘要


本文主要是利用分離變數法來解具熱源之軸對稱柱狀體之非定常熱傳研究,所得出的解析解進而利用Matlab軟體來畫出溫度與z軸的關係圖及熱通量隨著時間變化的關係圖。 在本文中是假設初始散熱片溫度為等溫下及柱狀體表面與端部可將熱量排除之下,而在文中利用改變Bi1,Bi2及D來看它們對於溫度和熱通量的變化,而我們可以利用所得到柱狀體溫度及熱量分佈之了解,使安全性能提高,使用期限延長,工作效能提升。

The principal of the method of separation of variables used obtain analytical transient solution when a axisymmetric pin fin is heated by a heat source. The effects of tip convection on the temperature distributions along the fin and the heat flow rate at fin base is also examined. A numerical computation is performed by the commercial software Matlab. Analytical solution for two other boundaries and the tip is insulated are also obtained. It is obtained by the variables Bi1, Bi2 and D to know the relation of temperature and heat flux .By the knowledge of fin temperature distribution, and heat transfer rate one can improve the fine performance, life timing and working efficiency.
