應用RFID於物流中心即時系統之研究 --- 以EPC規範為基礎

摘要


市場商業的快速變化及激烈的競爭環境迫使企業不斷的追求低庫存,高效率的運作方式,藉由內部不斷的效率改善及對外連結的速度化﹑自動化,達到快速取得顧客需要及滿足顧客多變需求的目的。 物流中心是供應鏈管理中很重要的環節,其涵蓋的業務範圍包含進貨管理﹑銷貨管理﹑庫存管理﹑訂單管理,會計管理等相關作業,其握有的庫存影響企業內部的資金週轉及製造投入,對外甚至影響到顧客,其重要性不言可喻,若能架構出績效良好的物流中心,將有助於實現低成本的運營。 即時企業(RTE)己發展出一種新的方法論,它可以協助企業建立新的﹑有效率的架構,足以適應動態多變的商業環境。即時化企業的解決方案,協助企業實現較佳的績效,有效的與供應端﹑顧客端﹑作業伙伴進行協同合作,透過服務導向的整合及B2B的協同,強化企業的競爭力。 以上述相關的理論為基礎,本研究將以物流中心為研究對象,利用RFID的技術及即時系統的變革觀念﹑實作應用RFID於物流中心的雛型系統﹑嘗試建構出具備即時處理能的物流中心模型。 本研究首先探討RFID技術之系統組成,運作原理及EPC規範;接著了解物流中心之定義及物流中心之業務流程;之後研究現場即時資訊系統及即時企業之定義與階段論;根據文獻探討,推導出本研究之物流中心模型,再以此模型為基礎,發展出本研究之實作系統,以實作系統的實驗結果進行分析與評價,最後推導出結論與建議。

The fast changing of business and intense competition environment forces enterprises to look for methods of how to reduce inventory and how to improve their operating efficiency , by ways of continuous internal improvement of efficiency and external speedy , automatically connection, companies can quickly access information to satisfy the dynamic demand of customer. Logistics center is an important segment of SCM. It contains processes of import , export, inventory, order and even finance management. It goes without saying that logistics center is important because the goods of warehouse not only influence the cash flow and materials input for the manufacturing , but also affect the needs of their customers . The better the performance of logistic center is , the lower cost the enterprise operation will be. The real-time enterprise (RTE) has emerged as a new paradigm that lets companies to create a new efficient architecture to accommodate a dynamic business environment. With the help of real-time solutions , companies can improve their performance , and also collaborate with their suppliers ,customers and partners more efficiency , By ways of service-oriented integration and B2B collaboration ,the companies can strengthen their competition ability . Based on these theories , we aim to the theme of logistic center, including RFID technology and RTE (Real Time Enterprises) concept ,trying to built up a module of RFID logistics center keeping the ability of real time process. This research will first discuss system component parts of RFID technology , RFID operation methodology and EPC standards. Next to discuss the definition and business flows of logistics center. After that ,discuss the definition and development stage of SFIS and RTE . Based on the result of documents researches , we create a research module and build a real system based on it. We estimate the result , drew conclusions and suggestions at the end .
