員工特性對組織文化與員工倫理影響之研究:以金融服務業為例

摘要


中文摘要 企業倫理和組織文化及員工倫理是有關聯性的。所以金融保險業更應該注重員工品德,而且企業的首要社會責任就是倫理道德,才能讓組織能夠永續經營擁有卓越的名聲和品德良好的員工,增加組織的功能和提升競爭力。 金融保險業員工對組織文化和員工倫理的影響,所衍生出何種關聯性,本研究以金融保險業為例,使用便利抽樣方式,所回收的有效問卷數如:保險業員工共發放400份,有效問卷數是173份,佔43.25%;銀行業員工共發放800份,有效問卷數是184份,佔23%;證券業員工共發放500份,有效問卷數是184份,佔36.8% 。作為研究對象的數據。為了取得金融保險業員工的問卷調查資料,將收集到的資料進行SPSS 統計分析,所使用的統計工具為:描述性統計分析,因素分析,信度分析,單因子變異數分析,皮爾森相關係數分析,迴歸分析,作為SPSS 統計分析的研究方法。 探討金融保險業員工對組織文化與員工倫理的相關影響,歸納研究結論如下:1.金融保險業員工特性對組織文化的影響以服務年資和行業別服務公司名稱最明顯2.金融保險業員工特性對員工倫理的影響以職稱和行業別服務的公司名稱有顯著差異3.金融保險業員工對組織文化與員工倫理有正相關4.金融保險業的「集權型因素」、「卓越型因素」、「合作型因素」的三項構面對員工倫理有顯著的預測力。 因此本研究的結論提出為改善金融保險業的狀況所提的建議如:1.建立卓越的組織文化2.建立組織文化合作的重要性3.組織文化管理創新變革。後續研究計劃:1.提高組織的企業社會責任2.重視企業品德和員工倫理的道德強度3.重視組織文化與員工倫理價值觀。讓組織更重視企業倫理和員工倫理價值的重要性。 關鍵字:組織文化、員工倫理、金融保險業、員工特性

ABSTRACT The moral enterprise business ethics organizational culture, and employee ethics all are related. Therefore financial sector should pay attention to employee morality and the sector primary social responsibility of enterprise is ethics, to continuously operate with reputation and good morality of employees, to excellent improve the competitiveness of business. The impact of employees in the financial sector on organizational culture and employee ethics and their relationship are the main concern of this study. This research uses the financial sector as an example that uses convenient sampling survey method. It received 173 out of 400 questionnaires (43.25%) from the employees of the insurance industry, 184 out of 800 (23%) from the banking industry, and 184 out of 500 (36.8%) from the security industry.Subsequently, the research analyzes the data collect using SPSS Statistical Analysis that includes factor analysis,reliability analysis,one way ANOVA,Pearson correlation coefficient analysis,regression analysis. Research findings are first,employees characteristics in terms of the seniority and which industry they are in have obvious correlations; second,employees characteristics in the financial insurance industry in terms of job titles and with industry they are in have obvious correlations; third,there is positive correlation between employees in the financial insurance industry and organizational culture and employees ethics;fourth,in the financial insurance industry there are three dimensions :centralization factor,excellent factor,and cooperation factor that have forecast ability. In order to improve the over all situation of the financial insurance industry,this resrarch suggests:first,to establish excellency in organizational culture; second,to establish cooperation in the organizational culture;third,to stimulate innovation and change in the organizational cultre. For the subsequent research,this research suggests : first,to increase the business ethics and employee ethics ;third to emphasis organizational culture and the values of employees ethics so the organization will pay more attention to business ethics and employees ethics.
